Been a customer for over 10 years. If you physically go inside, be Patient: CoVid slowed every business down & banks are no exception. If you have to wait to see bank personnel, someone will chat with you & are very friendly. Great, humane experience every time! - Donna.

I had a really good experience with the other PNC branches. And this branch is the worst of all. I had created a joint PNC account with my wife a month ago at this branch. She had already received her debit card but I have not. So I just made a call to this branch to check on the debit card delivery status. On the other side of the phone, a lady with a very strong accent picked up the phone and I had a very hard time to understand her. I gave up talking to her eventually and she wanted me to go over to the branch in person. But I’m still having COVID and I couldn’t violate the quarantine rules. And I called them again and asked for the other person to pick up the phone, but they refused it and asked me to go over to the branch again. Eventually, I called the PNC customer service up and they found out that my card was not even ordered at the point where I created the joint account. And the PNC customer support managed to deliver another card to me through a phone call.

I never go to the bank but I had an issue with my account. The service was outstanding, including Rachel at the front desk, who operated as a wonderful triage for my needs! What a wonderful employee!

When to open a bank account, the african women asked me many questions with an attitude then told me i had to go home and come back with a letter head stating what i want and who i want to be on the account, went to 110 and lorain branch walked in was greeted professionally and new account was open with ease, i told the women that i wasnt coming back and was going somewhere esle she didnt care

Least professional staff I have ever dealt with and the teller/clerk made unnecessary and rude comments to me as I was leaving. Definitely recommend conducting business elsewhere.

Though I had a serious problem with the bank as a whole, the help I received at this particular branch was exemplary. My problems were complicated and it took 4 visits and some follow up phone calls and emails, but the staff patiently took care of the issues one by one

I had a bad experience with this branch! In general the staff is nice as people but not helpful and they do a lot of mistakes; one day they sent me a check book even though I didn't order one, to find out later that some stranger has the same name as mine went to the bank and talk to the teller and because she didn't understand him she ordered a check book without even checking his ID to compare the information to mine!! So unacceptable action, and I used my credit card one time and the company I paid they scared me and filled a dispute but the PNC told me they couldn't win the dispute, so your money not safe even when you use a safe method! Looking for a different bank now!
