“I'm a last minute kind of guy, and I needed a canvas made in a hurry! I ordered it online and picked it up same day! When I arrived and she showed me the canvas it was super blurry, I was bummed!Morgan came to the rescue!! She sat and helped me send the best copy available to the system and spent some time tweaking the photo so it would come out as clear as possible!! I can't thank her enough for everything!! The canvas came out amazing and it was ready for pick up just in time! 10/10 stars for Ms. Morgan!! If you ever have an photo needs, I suggest you stop up and let Morgan work her magic! Thanks so much guys, my wife loved the print!!!”

“Recently shopped in all departments. Boy! What an Improvement all the way around!. Excellent deli service, food fresh. The lunch meat sure tops Heinens, and gianteagle. So flavorful.The prepared salads seafood, macaroni etc. Tasteful/fresh.Few employees asked if I needed assistance finding products. “Great store, mostly friendly, except for the manager. I pulled my cart to the side outside of the store. I was putting money away in my wallet. He came over, grabbed the cart, told me to take it where the crosswalk is and not to take it over the curb. I asked him if he really was going to chew me out while I was putting my money away. He said yes, hung on to the cart and started talking to someone. I had to yank the cart out of his hand to continue to my car once my wallet was back in my purse.”

“I judge a place based on how they handle things when it all goes wrong. I had printed out photo poster and the image was damaged because it was rolled and boxed incorrectly. When I pointed this out, Eric - the employee who helped me - made sure to reprint, rebox, and give me a credit. I could tell his coworkers were not onboard with how he made the customer (me) happy. But I shop there all the time and am one of those people that doesn't mind taking my business elsewhere out of principal. Eric is a model employee and am lucky he helped me that day! Thanks Eric!”

“!!! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO SCOTT !!! (Curbside Delivery) He didn't have to personally drive to my home but he did!!! An extremely unprofessional Door Dash delivery driver deliberately left my entire order on my apartment lobby (1st) floor and told me on the phone after refusing to deliver my groceries to my actual apartment door to "KISS MY A**"!!! Scott actually listened to me on the phone and is holding that gentleman accountable for his inappropriate and unprofessional actions, something that hardly ever happens anymore in this overly sensitive world ... Thank you for going above and beyond for me. Giant Eagle is lucky to have you and I hope appreciates you and the excellent work you do along with the extremely caring service you give to your customers. You are a breath of fresh air and a true diamond in the rough!!!”

“I go here often. My only real complaint is that the cashiers don't always check to make sure they're giving reward points to the right person, so I've missed out on a lot of rewards. They were temporarily not 24/7 due to pandemic staffing, closing at 10pm instead, which was still generous imo. Overall, a convenient, reliable location.”
