Ordered $366.99 worth of food 24 hours ago and haven’t received it! I have to wait another day and I tired to cancel but they would not issue a refund. So I’m forced to wait another 24 hours for my $366.99 worth of meats!

Not happy with order I order two things of ice cream and paid for it but never received it I ordered steaks I was giving the wrong one and I was over charged still missing items and the new owner is not answering or responding to any of my calls I will never do business with them again

I love patrons .. Been using them for yrs..They deliver and 99% of the time. All goes well .. I PUT MY ORDER IN BY 10:30am and Mike has it to me by 2:30pmI'm disabled and it's good for the pandemic .I even convence them to get Mirecal WhipAnd they listen ..I give them a. A plus for service..85 dollar minimum .. delivery ..

I called in today for some general information and was greeted with blanket disrespect.I asked 1 question and was mocked by what I thought was professionals. I asked are they one of the company’s that allow u to buy food off snap and it come off your card the following months, I was disrespected as the lady relied with her own question asking if I knew anybody who offered that service I did so I said yes and she rudely said goto them . I will never recommend this company to anybody and I’ll continue doing my reporting across yelp

I've ordered from Patton's for years. I've read the comments and was surprised and shocked that some people had a bad experience with them. That has not been my issue. I know them by name, and one person is retiring, but was always polite and funny. The bundles are great and you can substitute items in the bundles that you don't want. I don't mind generic food items because I am grateful for the service when I cannot get to the grocery store. Yes I would recommend them to friends and family.

I order from Patton’s once a month mostly meat and they are very reliable from the order until delivery. They got my order wrong once and the owner personally brought me the items. I heard they were being bought out but I hope this doesn’t change the menu or delivery options.
