I needed 3 lug nut studs replaced, they did it for $100 cheaper than all the other competitors I called. These guys were really professional, transparent, and did quality work going above and beyond. I will definitely be returning. For anyone who is on the fence about calling here, trust me and just do it ! Guy up front is really cool too, very knowledgeable if you have questions.

So impressed by the Lakewood location. Not only did they fix the problem I came in with but they fixed a couple other things I had been putting off. Customer service is fantastic as they fully explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. Prices are incredibly fair. Peter is the man to see— he is the best! It’s never fun needing vehicle repairs but he really did make it a pleasant experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using them in the future. I really appreciate their service!

My daughter has been taking her car here for a few years. She can’t say enough good about how she has been treated and her level of trust with her safety and her car from this team! I will be taking my car into service when it’s needed in the near future. It’s nice to know this business has integrity! And thanks for taking care of my daughter and her car! ?

I purchased some tires online and I went to Mr. Tire to have them put the tires on my car. They were also going to do a wheel alignment. They called me and told me they could not do the wheel alignment because I need both inner and outer tie rods costing $1300. I declined and told them I would take it to my regular mechanic. So last evening, I dropped my car off at Auto, Truck and Fleet on Madison where I have been going for years. They are excellent by the way, and won’t scam you. They told me there was nothing wrong with my tie rods! Not only that, but the average cost of replacing all for tie rods is it’s not anywhere near $1300 to replace! I’m sure they thought that because I was a woman I wouldn’t know any better.

Came in for an alignment, but was told my car needed $2,000 worth of work before they could perform the alignment. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough…I had two dealerships take a look at what Mr. Tire was suggesting was an “urgent” issue - was assured both times that there was no issue. I feel as though I have been scammed here at Mr. Tire.

Wow. I cannot believe how rude the manager was. I brought my vehicle in because the brake petal was making a concerning noise. It was like the abs was turning on when it shouldn't. They sold me 350$ in brake pads and rotors. The problem still occurred after their proposed repair. I called him and he said to bring it in Monday if I was still hearing the noise. I did. They called and said they didn't notice any noise. He asked me to stop in and take a technician for a test drive. I did. It made the noise while I was driving him around. When we returned from the test drive the Manager came out and basically told me to leave. Which was super rude. I was being very cordial throughout the process. Then he started rambling about going to the doctor and asking me to tell him what the problem was. Super unprofessional. He made absolutely zero effort to help me after showing them what the issue was.I was in shock that I did what he asked me to do, only for him to come out and reject me.He acted like the noise I showed the technician was not a problem. They made me feel like a bad person for doing what they asked of me. And treated me poorly for their lack of diagnostic skills. If that guy was my employee, I would fire him on the spot.I took it to Bruce's Automotive and the guy told me what it was and how to fix it on the spot. And he was right too. There is a huge difference between taking your car to a real mechanic and Mr. Tire.Don't make the same mistake I made.

I went in to get a diagnostic done for a mass airflow intake system. Immediately after leaving I noticed a loud fan noise coming from my vehicle. I bought it back in the very next day and they told me that they had nothing to do with it and was trying to charge me to get it fix. Not ruling out the possibility that it could’ve been random but its definitely a coincidence that a very noticeable fan noise starts right after a diagnostic on a airflow component. Something that is directly involved with making such a noise. 1 stars because when I arrived I was immediately shut down. Wasn’t even offered the chance to have anybody come out and check what the problem was or even anybody to double check whether the airflow intake sensor was properly put back. Wasn’t even get the chance to talk to the technician that actually worked on my car. I’ve gotten service here before a few ties but only for tire repair and replacement. Based off the name I should’ve stuck to just getting tires
