Went in to schedule an estimate for damage to my car sustained due to another driver's negligence. The owner showed up and did it on the spot. I had the written estimate e mailed to me within 3 hours. They have an excellent reputation, and as far as just getting the estimate, I was impressed.
Hopefully will be able to schedule the work to be done here shortly.

They certainly live up to the name. Had a cosmetic issue with a mirror after a minor collision. Dealership insisted on replacing the whole thing, but Miracle Body was able to correct it for a fraction of the price. Gave me a ride home and back and were able to do it all within a few hrs. Would absolutely come back should I need to. 6/5 stars

I recently had a great experience with Jim and his crew at Miracle Auto Body in Lakewood. They professionally repaired my Jeep and it looks better than new. They are very competent, customer friendly and deliver a great product! Thank you for a job well done.

Miracle Auto Body shop was not only incredibly friendly and polite but made the entire process of getting my car fixed as easy as pie. They repaired my car in a very timely manner and communicated very well with my insurance. They even went as far as offering rides knowing that I didn’t have a working vehicle. I could not have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Fair pricing, if paying out of pocket and works with my insurance company, when needed, to resolve all my issues. Got my car back today and it was clean, inside and out! I thought it was a miracle when I found Jim at Miracle Body Shop! He and his crew have worked on my car twice, once after a winter storm, and once, when I had some backend damage from running into a garage door. Both times they were more than proficient, pleasant, kind, thorough, with overly great attention to detail. I got the car back both times looking much better than it did when it went in- cleaner inside and out. I would recommend this company to anybody in the Lakewood and surrounding areas. They really know what they're doing , a good price and a good day's work... You can't beat that. I am in their debt for the way they handled my car and my problem!

I was very lucky to find Miracle Auto Body; I was in Lakewood and unfortunately I hit a curb with the lower front of my Honda Fit. The radiator was leaking and Miracle Auto Body was recommended by the Conrad's across the street from them when they could not do anything for the car. The car ended up needing a lot of work to replace the front end and the radiator. Miracle can be hard to find since it is a little shop tucked in behind other buildings on Detroit and the drive is off of Lakewood Ave. Just a little old school shop that has a small lot, but they do great work. Jim did a great job working with the claims rep for Progressive and coordinating the repair. Since it is a small shop they may not always answer the phone when you call, but they always got back to me with updates, pricing and where the process was. They were much better at keeping me apprised then Progressive was. While the car was in for the major repairs I also had them fix a rust spot and they priced out some other repairs; they were good about helping me to have the most important repairs done. With my schedule picking the car could have been challenging, but Miracle made it easy, they met me first thing in the morning with my car at the Lakewood Enterprise location and I drove back to the shop to finish the paperwork. The car looks incredible, the repairs are really well done. In addition they did a great job of cleaning up the interior of the car which was a really nice bonus. It is like I got a new car back from them. I would strongly recommend Miracle Auto Body as long as you can be a bit patient with the process of getting your car repaired. It is clear that they take pride in their work and it is great to support a local business.

The owner is unresponsive.. he is rude , he is a bully , He claims he's to busy to return calls , listen to messages .. and when he does find the time to finally ....return a call ... days later ......what an attitude... and what an awful experience with this guy Jim... never ever would recommend....EVER !
