The fees to switch to a phone you bring are very high here. Go elsewhere.

I purchased a brand new phone from this store and the microphone seems to not work most of the time.
I returned the phone and she suggested to turn the Internet and Bluetooth off while using the phone for calls.
I did that and it did not change anything.
I again returned the phone and the representative said they would not replace it, but she can reach out to the manufacturer to replace, however, I would probably not be a "new" phone, but a refurbished one. I reluctantly agreed.
I returned a few days later when the phone came in. I was informed there would be a charge of 27.00 for them to give me the replacement .
To sum up, I purchased a NEW phone that didn't work, the store refused to replace it, the manufacturer sent a REFURBISHED phone, then the store wants to charge me AGAIN to replace the malfunctioning phone that they sold me.
Outrageous!!!!

If I could leave zero Stars I think I would. The worst attitude I've ever seen. There's no ramp for wheelchairs. This is the second time I've been there and the second time I have walked away mad. I will never go back to that store in my life. They treat you like cra. It's no wonder they're so slow, they have terrible attitudes. I would double check everything they say they're doing to your phone. Better yet signed another store all together.

I've had great experiences in the past with the young woman that is usually there. Last visit I just was asking about notifications and an older guy...location owner? comes out of the back to help as there were a few people waiting. Explained and he took my phone and basically said he had no idea what to do. So I said give me my phone back and he shoved it in my hand under the partition. If there was no partition I believe he would have thrown it at me. Then he tried to make it seem like I was wrong. C'mon you own/manage this store and have no tech or customer service skills. I would go back but if he's there I will walk out. Sounds like the same guy from past reviews that corp metro PCs has not been able to do anything about.

My fiancee and I tried to pay our phone bill at 4:30pm on Sunday June 30th and one of the female workers RAN to the door and LOCKED IT!! No explanation, nothing! That was outrageous!

I went today to ask about the sign above their door that says they buy, sell, and trade used phones. I wanted to know if an old device would be worth bringing in, so I waited my turn and politely asked about the phone I wanted to sell. The owner was very rude to me on hearing that it wasn’t an iPhone or something like that that I wanted information about, almost mocking. If you want to sell an old phone, go somewhere else if you don’t feel like being made fun of. The owner is also just in general extremely rude unless you’re making a very large purchase. On top of everything else, the owner didn’t have the decency to not behave this way in front of my toddler who was with me.

I went to all the major cell phone carriers prior to arriving at this MetroPCS. The manager owner of this establishment was able to help me and less than 15 minutes. I would recommend this MetroPCS to anyone and if you have a complicated cell phone matter I am 100% certain that this man can help you. The best cell phone store I’ve ever been to so far.
