Most of these pumps don’t work. I’ve gone more than once and I always run into issues. These pumps need replaced.

I took my Jeep there for breaks. One place, a chain store, wanted nearly $1000. Dan did it and an oil change for under $500. Great service, great work. Only taking my cars here from now on.

Dan is the best mechanic I've ever been to. The ONLY one I've ever seen who did extensive repairs and replacements and ended up charging me LESS than he originally quoted. Fixed one of my lights again at no charge after his original repair hadn't stuck. The hours are a little annoying for getting gas at night or early in the morning but other than that I would recommend this place very highly.

Pumps are just horrible. Don’t even waste your time!

This place is terrible. I’ve been there maybe 4 times and 3 of those times I was unable to get gas due to the pump being broke or some other issue. Least reliable place to try to get gas for your car.

Listed hours are open until 7, been here several times around 3 or 4 in the afternoon and the pumps are never working , but they take my card info anyway, which is strange . Unreliable and a waste of my time every single time I try to go there . Why even list your hours if you’re just going to close whenever you feel like it ? The shell up the street towards rocky river is reliable and not sketchy, just go there instead !

Been going there for about a year. Usually bring my own parts. Combine that with an honest mechanic, it's a good combination. Took my Chevy there for an unrelated job and asked that my brakes be inspected as well so I could shop around for the best deal on parts. While I could have gotten my brakes inspected for free at Firestone or one of the other high overhead joints, I would have been willing to pay a little extra for the trouble since I trusted these guys. Got my vehicle back and was told I could get by with pads and rotors. Sweet. A week or so later, I find the parts and make an appointment. I leave my vehicle overnight and I get a call the next morning about 9am. They proceed to tell me that my brakes were so deteriorated they couldn't even get the parts disassembled. Turns out I need calipers! WTH? I had my suspicions but THATS why I asked that the brakes be inspected! Now the car is on the rack and I'm forced to allow THEM to get the parts I need. Not happy. I grudgingly ok'd the repair and waited to hear from them. 3 o'clock, 4 o clock, 5 o'clock. No word. They close at 7pm. 6 o clock rolls around and I'm really miffed at this point. By 6:30 I call and ask what's going on. The gunslinger who answers the phone casually tells me that my car is ready to be picked up. When was he planning to call me? He then in a matter of fact type fashion tells me that I had the wrong pads and drops a bill of $480 on me. The very scenario I was tying to avoid. I'm unhappy to say the least. I picked up the car asked the guy collecting my money who, by the way, wasn't the mechanic but WAS the guy who booked the appointment for the alleged brake inspection. I asked him why were the brakes not inspected as I requested? He defensively shot back some mechanic jargon about the brakes would have had to have been taken apart in order to properly diagnose the issue. I reminded him that was part of the reason I brought the car in a week ago for whatever the job entailed. I told him I was called earlier and told the parts were unsalvageable and I could have been told that a week earlier if the inspection had actually been done. He just muttered something under his breath and proceeded to take my money. Insult to injury, my car was left under a tree that was loaded with birds and berries of some sort and my car was COVERED with a day's worth or dried bird droppings, berries and sap. A total MESS. The crappy attitude at the end was enough but this was the capper. Don't know what I could have done to get a better outcome, but I deserved better. Thought I had a descent relationship with them because of my prior business but I thought wrong. I won't be back.
