Took my SUV here to have the air conditioning repaired and had a great experience! They were helpful, professional, explained the problem and repair well, set the expectation that they couldn't guarantee anything but would do their best to estimate cost, called to keep me informed on progress. I felt comfortable with leaving my car in their care and they certainly delivered. Would definitely go back in the future!

The guy who runs this place is a complete MORON. Took my car in for some simple work and left with it even worse than when I brought it in. He is uneducated and his prices are also ridiculous. Not to mention the customer service is incredibly rude. Don’t let this guys take advantage of you watch out !!! And it’s really funny because you can see how he argues with everyone in the reviews . Couldn’t come up with a bright enough excuses , so he responded saying my car was never at his auto shop ?? LOL like I said MORON….

I always buy my gas at Lucas. Then one Sunday I had a flat tire. The puncture was on the side so it couldn't be plugged. They had the tire size and style I needed in stock and had me back on th road in about an hour. On a Sunday!
Then months later, my dealership showed me that I needed new front brakes for over $700 (!?) So I took it to Lucas who scheduled me in 2 days and did a great job for less than $400.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love this place!

Terrible experience took it in for a sound in the passenger side, said they found the issue. Sent my mom to pick it up because I live an hour away and the noise was still there. Said it was a different issue and that it would be an additional 1100.

These people are great! I've gone there for tire problems and routine maintenance. They have always been helpful and professional. They don't try to push more than you need. Prices are reasonable. They're open on weekends. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend!!

i like going here for the gas station and store, but i was disappointed yesterday. granted, it was probably my own fault partially, but i had went in on saturday morning to set up an appointment to have my car looked at on tuesday. late monday night i had something interfere with that plan, and so i emailed to reschedule since it was too late to call. in the morning on tuesday i woke up to a response email telling me basically that the issue my car is having sounds too severe for them to be able to look at it this week, and that i should find another place that can look at it quickly and tow it in because i shouldn’t drive it. i live next door and the car was parked on the street outside, which would have saved me the hassle of adding extra towing fees onto whatever costs i’m looking at for repair. it’s just disappointing because i was told by my friend that works here to come here, and they couldn’t help me.

Had my car not start on a Sunday morning and after AAA couldn’t fix it I was left with no choice but to get it towed to what was the only place open on Sunday. They were extremely helpful, provided great service and communication and the pricing was fair. Had it fixed and ready by the next day.Service: Auto maintenance

Called Lucas Auto Center when I got a flat tire. They were able to schedule me quickly, get the tire patched up extremely quickly at a very fair price, and service and staff were very friendly! Definitely keeping them in mind for next time!
