Horrible experience. My appointment was scheduled for a Wednesday. When I arrived she said she didn’t have me on the schedule even though we spoke on the phone. We rescheduled for the following Wednesday. When I arrived I brought up the Groupon I purchased. She said she no longer accepts them because “Groupon doesn’t pay her”. She allegedly called them several times to remove her but nobody got back to her. She wouldn’t even start working on my hair because she was worried that my Groupon wouldn't get redeemed and she would be “working for free”. I was so frustrated with my entire experience that I just walked out. Worst experience ever!!

I recommend paying cash every time you patronize the salon. I had an experience a couple months ago where I presented my credit card for payment, it was swiped 2 times both times said declined. I offered another card and that also was declined. I came back later that day with cash for my service. A couple days later my bank statement showed a debit for the service that I paid. So the salon was paid twice. I brought this up to the salon owner and she refused to see my point stating that on her end of the transaction records it does not show that my card was swiped. After almost 2 months go by I went in person to the salon and showed her my bank statements to prove that the credit card was swiped. It was then that I said if I don't receive a reimbursement from you I will go to the police station to make a police report. Then I asked her to call her credit card company to see if my card was swiped. Sure enough when she called her credit card company they did validate that my card did swipe even though on her end it showed it did not. I believe in customer service and I was not given great customer service from the beginning of this. All she had to do from the beginning was call her credit card company. While she was on the phone with them I was there in the salon and she made the comment, "remember when my credit card machine was not working for those 3 days"? She knew back when this happened that there was a possibility that my card was swiped. I finally got my refund back from her. The thing I am most upset about is the salon did not take any initiative into following up on my request to look into this deeper. I shouldn't have had to wait almost 2 months to get my refund from the owner Lolita!

I’ve been going to Lolita’s for about five years now, and I have always had a positive experience! Lolita does an amazing job, ensuring she only cuts to the length I’ve asked, texturizing my hair if needed, and giving me tips on hair maintenance. I always love my hair after leaving Lolita’s! She’s also super nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this salon :)

I have finally found an AMAZING hair stylist who knows her s#$&! I am relieved and thrilled. She actually listens carefully to my requests and executed the job exactly as I asked (only better!)I started with a Groupon but she gave me the greatest cut of my life and did a stunning job on the highlights. I am Lolita's biggest fan!

Excellent experience! Lolita is magical. She took her time getting to know exactly what I was seeking, asking appropriate questions. She explained every step through the entire process of a cut and style, color and highlights, and blow out. She was magical! I went in with thick, long, unruly hair and came out with a fresh new style, light, airy and shiny. Highly recommend!

Great, cute little place. The lady who did my nails is a sweetheart. A little pricey, but Groupon helps!Editing 5 years later because I still remember: my nails started to peel the next day. I had to touch up for an event I was going to. The nails that didn't peel bubbled up and looked chunky (if that makes sense?). I went with my Mom, and her nails were the same way.

I went in to have hair dyed blue and was happy with it at time but the color didn’t last two weeks. I called and had to leave message on machine. I asked if it was only temporary color and to give me call back never received a call back. I will never go back or tell anyone to go there..Service: Hairstyling
