I requested a trim for my daughter and asked for long layers to be added. The stylist did a great job making her hair all the same length but didn't add any layers. Will not return.

Waited outside for 20 minutes past the time they were supposed to open. The door was still locked when I left. The girl inside was brushing her hair pretending that she couldn’t see the customers standing outside.

I signed in on-line, went to the saloon when prompted and was number 2 on the wait list. Number 3 was called up and my wait turned to a 23 minute wait, no response when I asked about this. I left.

, McKenna actually did the hair cut the way I asked! I always tell the Barber that I have a collek on the top of my head so they won't have it sticking out after the cut. Three different times over maybe 6 months I come out with it cut to short and it sticks out. I don't know why nobody can get it right except for a few people. Big thanks to McKenna and hopefully I can get her to cut my hair the next time.

Wow, haircut by Holly wood ! She can execute a bold fade like a master barber. Held a conversation. Surrounded by attractive hairstylists like a salon. $18 for the cut and under $30 out the door . GREAT

Staff are nice, however this location is always understaffed. I have checked in and been told to arrive multiple times, only to have to wait an additional 30-40 minutes at the salon.

HOLLY!!! she shampooed my hair, it feels so nice to have someone shampoo you, my hair feels so soft!! And that BLOW OUT AFTER! The volume!! I feel so good! Amazing salon experience

Lauren was so gentle and patient. She really took her time making sure she wasn’t pulling while she detangled and left my hair feeling healthy and refreshed. Super positive and relaxing experience.

Could not believe what I witnessed the last time I was here. There were two stylists in the salon that had a waitlist of SIX PEOPLE (120 est. min) and I had to sit there and watch the BOTH of them cut ONE SINGULAR person’s hair for 30 minutes with 3 people already sitting in the salon waiting. Not sure why we need 2 stylists to cut one person’s hair with a buzz trimmer?? Are we not hiring qualified individuals that can handle customers on their own? Never in my life would I have thought I would witness this level of unprofessionalism and customer service.
