Great experience! My phone was quoted to take an hour long to fix but he had it done in 20 minutes. Came in to get my iPhone XR screen fixed and he showed me the battery which also looked water damaged. Reasonable price and the new screen looks great. Will definitely recommend this place!

It was obvious that although I wanted to pay for service, the fellow was to involved with something he was doing to even leave my phone there. They lacked the C cable to C cable. Could not realize I wanted to pay them - - - very disgusted.Don't waste your time.

This place is terrible. Whatever you do and I repeat that do not take your phone in to get fixed by them. My girl and I went to get her phone screen fixed her was just a simple crack and they replaced her phone with a faulty screen that barely works correctly. Color is way off and home button will not go away. Whatever you do take your business else where not to mention the owner is rude as they come. Just look at how they respond on here to negative reviews. All good comments are fake comments on fake account. BEWARE!

don't get your phone fixed here, I came in with a shattered screen 2 months ago and they fixed it but then my phone screen stopped working 2 months after this and Apple told me it was because of a third party screen fix.

Had iPhone 11 Pro Max with broken screen. Pratap was fabulous. He fixed the phone in less than 45 minutes; was professional; and very kind. The cost was LESS than my so called “insurance coverage” through my carrier or the hassle of dealing with Apple for over 5-hours (phone / appt.). Very fast and easy. I highly recommend this store and Pratap for the services he provided. Thank you!!!

Thee worst place ever! Took my phone there to get LCD Screen fixed this week at there Lorain location , I guess the “owner” was out of town so his brother said he could fix it! It took him two hours to replace screen, then I found that my earpiece speaker was now not working. I immediately returned for him to fix at that time he disassembled my phone again to follow up with “this is stressful, I’m not the expert”. He assured me his brother could fix it tomorrow. Prior to leaving I requested a receipt, he said we don’t do receipts and wrote his name, amount paid and date on a sheet of paper! Return the following day to now a phone that won’t work with any LCDs and turn on! Owner looked me in the face to say “it’s not his fault I took the risk when allowing them to fix my phone” . The “Owner” then handed my my phone back returned my money with an extra twenty for my trouble, while telling me to take it to apple store. Fast forward today took to Apple store to find out they didn’t replace all the components, screws are missing and the heating elements are missing. This store basically gave me a shell of a phone and a $600 problem. I have to now buy another phone while still under contract with this phone! Do not go to this place! They won’t return my calls and hangs up on me! They clearly are in the business of taking advantage of people!

Went on a Friday afternoon w/my smart phone. The front of the phone is lifting, but the phone works. Store person barely looked @ me, snapped off the back, & told me that I needed a new battery because the battery (area) was bulging. Said that the store doesn't carry that battery. Left me standing @ the counter w/the back "broken" off my phone. He returned to his desk w/out comment. Zero customer service.
