I've been coming to this gas station for years and it would be a four-star rating but it's a five-star rating because every morning the best cashier in town whose name is Paige takes care of me and there's never an issue. If every establishment like this had cashiers who were cool calm and collected and did their job probably like Paige then the world would just be a happier place all together because our interactions in the morning at the gas station set the tone for the day and it's important that people are calm and welcoming like Paige.

I come here at least 3 times a week at 6am to grab a drink before my workouts and the morning staff is terrible. No customer service ettiequte whatsoever and the attitude is beyond me. This mornings experience is why I’m writing this, I was waiting in line when the cashier (older lady with too dark of eyebrow filling) walked a short distance away and said “she’d be right there” so I waited in line, respectfully, when she looks up at me and goes “you can go over there?!?” with a terrible attitude and eye roll. Me, being shocked she spoke with this connotation, say “woah, you gotta relax” and this is when she loses herself control. She goes “don’t tell me to relax I’ll refuse you service” ?????? I go, “it’s 6am, I’m in here all the time, you should have better respect for your customers” and she goes “I know, I’ve seen you before” ok??? And then she proceeds to check me out, and tries to apologize backhandedly. “I’m sorry it’s just when you come into work to chaos” I said “I understand but it’s 6am and I didn’t cause your chaos” she hands my cash back like “here you go!!!” And I walk away saying “I hope your day gets better, see you tomorrow” when she goes “no you won’t!” I said well thank god (because who wants to start their morning fighting with the gas station clerk LOL) and she replied “thank god!”Owning businesses myself, I felt it was important to share this experience to whomever reads these because I would want to know that this is how my employees are operating my business.Customer service nowadays is terrible! I’m not expecting 5 star service at the gas station but I am expecting respect and felt this was out of pocket.

This month GetGo has free coffee and I love free coffee but they have a lot of other stuff that's really cool and very very helpful cashiers and servers it's just a great place.

The place is ghetto and the staff always have a problem and attitude. They declined my card for a 49 cent coffee because they were prejudice. I know because I went to the corner store across the street to buy tea and they accepted my card. Sleazy sneaky people unpredictable.

Absolutely terrible! Waited over 25 minutes for 2 burgers. The workers behind the counter couldn’t have given less of a care about quality or customer service, absolute trash! When I finally got my food and got home, it looked like absolute garbage. Sloppy as could possibly be.

Ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap and it had more onions than chicken. Get giant eagle out of this area, union gas stations/grocery stores don't work.

I’ve gone here for years and realized the bald dude is the only person there who can make the food. Anyone else will royally mess it up. I ordered the plant based nuggets and got REAL chicken, and a simple rice and bean burrito that was complete mush. I really try not to order things here that are that complicated but come on lol

listening to the scream across shop and laugh not to answer the phones cause it might be a call off. took 20 minutes to get a burger and a wrap. both signature options. they gave me the bottom half of a bun in a box. and my wrap was a chicken wrap but they decided i wanted it smothered in chili cheese. if my reciept has the ingredients on it why cant their cooks follow the screen that says whats on it ?-my fiance went in to get it fixed had to stop them from again putting chili on it came back to the car and its still the completely wrong wrap.
