They were helpful, professional, explained the problem and repair well, set the expectation that they couldn't guarantee anything but would do their best to estimate cost, called to keep me informed on progress. “I stopped here to get gas today and decided to go inside to ask a question regarding my tail light (I had just recently installed one, wrongly I might add, and the lights continued to stay on after the car was shut off and continually stayed on as I was driving.) One of the mechanics on duty, Nate, decided to quickly check on what I was talking about before having the car left overnight and serviced. He fixed the issue in two minutes and made my day! What impressed me, however, was that Nate refused payment for what he did. I get it that was only a couple of minutes of work, but he still did a job. “I have been a regular shopper at the speedway for several years first shift you're not me a more professional person that takes care of her customers during the day she's very quick at the register she's very attentive with everything and if you're looking to get in and get out on a rapid basis this is the speedway to go to the manager Carl I cannot say enough great things about this guy he's always very friendly which is his natural personality and he's doing a great job as far as having workers as we all know how hard it is to find workers that work for an hourly wage I've become attached to the manager I like him a lot as a person this is a very friendly speedway to go to if you're looking for good customer service where the cash register anyone that works there is not going to give you an attitude we all know how difficult it is today to find good customer service when we're shopping at the store this is by far the most deserving five stars that I've ever given for any business”

“I've been coming to this gas station for years and it would be a four-star rating but it's a five-star rating because every morning the best cashier in town whose name is Paige takes care of me and there's never an issue. If every establishment like this had cashiers who were cool calm and collected and did their job probably like Paige then the world would just be a happier place all together because our interactions in the morning at the gas station set the tone for the day and it's important that people are calm and welcoming like Paige.”
