The lady who answered was soooo rude. I was looking for a product that said in their store locator section cvs carried them, called to ask before I drove there during my short break. Whoever answered had such an attitude, “I don’t know what that is.” With such a snarky tone. Okay…. Told her what it was (a water brand) and she goes “I don’t know. I don’t know what that is and I haven’t seen it here” okay you can’t ask or check??? lol jeez!

Jessica is awesome at the pharmacy. Above and beyond the line of duty. Helped me figure out my health insurance. Huge stressor for me, but made it a fun and enjoyable experience through the stress. She figured it all out. Thank you.

What a disgusting experience. Came from NY to visit my very ill sister. Pharmacy in NY told me to go to CVS and they would transfer prescription. Went there and gave them all info. They said someone would contact me shortly. 4 days later no response. Called and told woman who took Prescription was a floater and forgot to put it in. No excuse. When I called my pharmacy they said they did call and my pharmacy transferred prescription. So they now have to get it back even though this CVS had no record of requesting it. Now I will have been without my meds for 7 days. How absolutely horrible that this is allowed to happen. I hope anyone who has this experience and has a bad outcome will sue the pants off these losers

Horrible. Extremely slow filling much needed prescriptions. Will take over a day and when you request expedited service, it only shaves off an hour or so. Pharmacy staff is rude and lack customer service skills. Only go here because of my insurance. Had much better service when I went to Rite Aid.

I came here specifically to pick up pictures printed for my mom's birthday. it took 15 mins to find someone to help us check out in the photo section, the store was completely empty. By the time we found help and got checked out, I had forgotten to double check to make sure everything was in the envelope. when I got home and had looked, the prints to fit the frame were missing (the wallet prints were there, but not the 5x5 prints that were actually for the frame bought specifically for this birthday). I do not live near this CVS to go pick up the rest of what I paid for and now must go purchase more elsewhere. this was honestly the biggest headache and I knew I should have just spent the few extra cents at walgreens

Pharmacists are generally nice, although you occasionally get one that isn't as much. Store personnel, though, have always been super friendly, especially Krista.

i’ve tried to get my prescription many times through the drive thru window and both i’ve sat for more than 10 mins and no one comes to the window and the line has more than 5 cars so clearly no one is attending it properly. and no it wasn’t during their lunch time.

I judge a place based on how they handle things when it all goes wrong. I had printed out photo poster and the image was damaged because it was rolled and boxed incorrectly. When I pointed this out, Eric - the employee who helped me - made sure to reprint, rebox, and give me a credit. I could tell his coworkers were not onboard with how he made the customer (me) happy. But I shop there all the time and am one of those people that doesn't mind taking my business elsewhere out of principal. Eric is a model employee and am lucky he helped me that day! Thanks Eric!
