They do not accept returns even if purchased 15 min prior. I understand not trusting the customer who may “return a broken product”. But I just purchased the product, I was informed we no longer need the product and the gentleman at the store refused the return. I understand but do not take the risk on buying something from this store that you may not need/want.

Will never get a vape here again. I Bought a vape, tried it in the store worked fine. LITERALLY 2 minutes later, the vape juice started burning my tongue bad and vape started defecting. Went back to ask him if he could replace it and he told me no. Once I left the store ( which was literally 2 minutes of me being gone lol) there are no refunds. Save your money and findA vape store that can actually replace THEIR faulty products if needed

Always very helpful and kind staff, and I LOVE the fact they have a coffee shop inside, so you can vape and drink at the same time. Awesome place!

Previously 5 stars.Never had a problem with service at this location, until (clearly) today.Juice was switched into another container, a practice I was assured rudely was done all the time- though I had never witnessed it in previous visits. The lid was then placed on tightly on top of a ring from (previous cap? No clue) which made it hard to remove.So I called. Was told to calm down. He got defensive "*I'm* the GUY that did that."Ok, cool.I figured out the issue, which is the only saving grace as I won't need to return.I thank you for being pleasant when you were.EDIT: BONUS: it's not even the flavor I wanted.

The staff here are very chill and relaxed I love it and the coffee is amazing had chocolate peanut butter mocha hot and it was amazing highly recommend this shop ?
