An owner that feels the need to comment on every bad review always makes me laugh. You sound unprofessional when you aggressively argue with every review that isn't 5 stars lol. Man makes things personal cuz his business isn't liked by everybody. As someone who's never been in your store I wouldn't know what your service is like or you're prices but seeing how you try to match toxicity with toxicity I wouldn't recommend this store on my worst enemy???

I contacted Chilly kicks through their website to inquire about a specific pair of rare shoes. All of my questions were answered promptly and as requested, photographs of the shoes were provided. The representative was a strong communicator and very responsive. Their customer service is outstanding and they provided a quick turnaround in shipping my shoes. I highly recommend this place to any sneaker enthusiast and will continue to be a customer of Chilly Kicks.

Scammer alert. (accompanied by pictures to show the truth)Came and bought this pair as a gift. Talked to the owner prior to the sale if there’s possibility for exchange if the shoes don’t fit the person.He approved and said yeah bring ‘em in if they don’t fit. A week later the person came back with the shoes for an exchange “ knowing they only tried them indoor never stepped out but owner claims they were worn out with high degree of weirdness about the whole thing little to no customer service skills or possible accommodation “I certainly wouldn’t spend my money here.I wish I have checked the reviews before I stopped by because they literally did this to another customer not long ago (based on reviews).PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS.

Owner has zero customer service skills. Complete j**** Peddles used shoes for full price. Love to shop small biz in Lakewood but won’t be shopping here and spreading the word to avoid this place and owner.

After buying my son $150 shoes for Christmas, he tried them on and were too small. Didn’t go outside, tried themOn in the living room. Owner refused to exchange for a different size claiming they were “dirty.” Would never shop here again.

A few weeks back I went in to purchase some shoes. The owner did not speak or greet me when I arrived in the store. He is not a friendly person but I did purchase some sneakers! Thanks for the shoes but I will not be returning.

The prices are pretty competitive but there is minimal selection of size 11 shoes for a big drip store. I would feel safer in there wasn't an armed security guard with a menacing demeanor.

#1 local sneaker store. I’ve done it all of buy,sell, and traded here. Mo is the man! Especially when it’s holiday time and he post a $100 Starbucks for his customers to use. Who else does that?!? Will continue do keep my business local! Thanks for making it a good experience

Always a great time shopping around! Mo is Very professional and gives you great offers for your shoes, usually above stock x/goat payout. Tons of inventory and keeps getting updated everyday! Always fire ?? got my offwhite prestos, offwhite 5s and dunks from here! go check it out

I’m from California and I’ve gone to many sneaker stores across America but I’ve never found one as amazing as ChillyKicks. The owner Moe is super friendly and chill and has always been willing to negotiate and buy my sneakers, this store has helped me so much when I needed to clear out inventory or get some extra cash on hand, they even do holiday events! I just moved here in time for the Black Friday sale in November and got fire red 4s for under retail! ChillyKicks is for the community to say the least. You’d be a fool to not buy or sell sneakers there
