“Took my SUV here to have the air conditioning repaired and had a great experience! They were helpful, professional, explained the problem and repair well, set the expectation that they couldn't guarantee anything but would do their best to estimate cost, called to keep me informed on progress. I felt comfortable with leaving my car in their care and they certainly delivered. Would definitely go back in the future!”

I have a membership and until today I was fairly happy. Even though I go through at least once a week my car is never super clean. My car had a lot of bugs from a trip so stopped at the bug wash area before going through the car was and was stopped by an employee. Apparently the brushes are only for windshields, not for the grill area or anywhere except for the windshield. The boss told them to stop people using the brushes for other areas because then they don’t have to change the water so often. This is absurd. Btw my car is still covered in bug guts.”
“Called Lucas Auto Center when I got a flat tire. They were able to schedule me quickly, get the tire patched up extremely quickly at a very fair price, and service and staff were very friendly! Definitely keeping them in mind for next time!”

“I got a car wash at Lakewood laser wash and it did a terrible job. I drove straight to Madison ave car wash and the gentlemen was so friendly and gave me a deal. My car was soooo much cleaner and they dry it off by hand at the end. I will be going to them from now on. Thanks fellas!”
