They told me they fixed my brakes, gave me the car back, and after I drove around the block and returned, admitted the brakes were in fact just as broken as when I first brought it in. I don't write a lot of 1 stars but this alone should be enough for you to not go. To be fair, the person at the desk apologized and pledged to fix them proper for free. But the next day the owner called me, and very quickly started shouting and cursing at me, trying to get me to pay several thousand for a full brake replacement (in the end, they only needed to change the shoes which would be much cheaper). If you would like a shop that will try to over charge you with poor mechanical skills and even poorer anger management, this is the place for you. If you are sane or reasonable, I would suggest literally anywhere else.

Everything was excellent. Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly, service was quick and they kept me informed, and the prices were unbelievably fair. I wish I could give more than five stars! I am always looking for an honest mechanic who doesn't overcharge and I have found my new mechanic going forward for sure!

It’s honestly hard for me to even give a rating of 1 star to this place of business. Joe was so extremely rude to me. I dropped my car off at 8am to get a few simple things done. When I called around 11 he couldn’t even give me a time my vehicle would be done. When I called for the second time, 2 hours later, he accused me of having no common sense for how long it takes a service to be done on a car. Also, be aware…. The pieces they have listed on their website. ALL WRONG. DO NOT GO HERE!

Has decent work done on my vehicle, but the customer service voice gets real sharp real fast when I have a hard stop complaint I need addressed.
Long story short, I got my car back missing a license plate and my branded center wheel cap emblems. I guess mistakes only require accountability if you're not a business...

I think what I was most impressed by was they did their own due diligence and didn't just take the word from another repair shop to then get paid.
My car didn't start the other week and had to have it towed to another local repair shop. The repair shop spent time going through to identify the problem and then claimed it was a fuel pump and wanted to charge me $2,300 for just the part itself. Before moving the car over to Bruce's we got a quote which already was $1,000 cheaper which included parts and labor.
They took care of getting the car moved which was great and then when they got the car they checked to determine if it was in fact the fuel pump. They took a few days, but was very happy they did. They were in great communication the whole time as my car was there to keep me updated on what they were doing and eventually determined it wasn't the fuel pump at all and a much cheaper fix. In the end I saved over $2,000 from the initial quote because they were honest and great. When I got it back the car started right up and continues to start right up even in the freezing cold.
Will definitely be taking my car there going forward.

Went in fully expecting to pay over $1,500 for what I assumed was the problem. They quickly figured out what the issue was and were able to fix it for substantially less. Advised on future options moving forward that are cost effective due to the rising price of cars.
