“Always a wonderful experience when I’m here. My most favorite part about this bank is that I can digitally “tap” my debit card to the machine using either my phone or my watch; makes it much easier and more secure than having to physically take out my card! I don’t stop inside the store all that much, but when I do, the staff is always very helpful and professional. I obviously live in Lakewood so having a Chase right in Lakewood is nice, but I really like this branch. Always a pleasure whenever I’m there.”

Daniel was great to work with recently, and all of the tellers have been very friendly, professional, and speedy. I would recommend this bank branch to anyone.”
“This bank was a LIFE SAVER for my fiance and I. He had his debit card fraudulently used and we attempted to go to the Rocky River branch (never again-see my review) where we were given false information and not permitted to close his accounts and withdraw his remaining funds. However, it was no problem at all for the banker (Tim) at this branch to complete this for us, which we were extremely grateful for after having dealt with the unnecessary stress of the banker on duty at the Rocky River branch. The banker, along with the other staff of this location, were extremely polite and courteous and made for a pleasant experience during a very rough situation. For that, I will always return to this branch from now on.”

“I currently bank with Dollar Bank. I regret leaving when i was employed by one of the big CLE banks. Dollar is a smaller bank but I find there service to be outstanding. The only need they were unable to meet as quickly as I'd hoped was for foreign currency. I find their fee schedule to be reasonable. The online banking app almost always gets the job done and if not, staff is attentive and responsive and location is convenient.”
