“I have to say although there was a delay in getting my repair approval from the dealership Claire and the guys were able to work things out with rescheduling my appointment with ease.
This repair shop is very organized and efficient and makes it a point to address your concerns. I am so happy with the quality of work that was done on my truck. And although it took an extra day to get the repairs done even my 2-hour drive was worth it.
I would recommend this repair shop to anyone.”

“I had a relatively minor problem for Bruce's, major problem for me late Thursday. I called and Emily could not have been nicer and suggested I get there as early as I can on Friday morning and that they would take care of it. Talked to Tim on Friday morning and he too could not have been nicer. Had me bring the car in immediately and got me in for my repair so that I could catch my flight on Friday afternoon. I cannot thank them enough, quality work, friendly, and reasonably priced service. Highly recommend!”

“The intake manifold of my Buick exploded, resulting in severe heat damage to the intake, fuel injectors, fuel rail and several sensors and modules. Tim was the man for the job, since he had numerous years at Barry Buick dealing with similar issues. This job required a well seasoned mechanic and not your average "Joe". Throughout the repair process, Tim kept me abreasted of the progress and the associated costs. Tim was fair, courteous, and transparent. Will take all my future car/truck problems to Skettle's.”
“Great place! I did not know I had a tire sensor blow out. The mechanic took time to show me and I learned about gadget that is so easy to tell tire pressure and if tire sensors are working. The manager is fantastic with appropriate advice and not overcharging. Had been to a dealer a couple weeks before Thanksgiving for winter checkup and mechanic checked that my battery was Ok. Mr. Tire’s manager showed me with the battery test that my battery was dead,. This was right after Thanksgiving. Mr. Tire replaced the battery and did not overcharge for labor. Since I knew my tires were not in the best shape but I hoped I could go thru winter and then replace. However, after the white knuckle drive home from Thanksgiving I decided to buy tires at Mr. Tire. Manager helped me to get right tires for my car and again at good price and good labor charges. Cannot say enough about this Mr. Tire location. Very pleased, great mechanics and service. Manager extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t hesitate to take my car there again! Thank you Mr. Tire!”
