i'm on the phone now trying to get through to someone just to say thank you!! a young gentleman (born in 2000- he will know who i am- janky popsocket lol!) i didn't catch his name but i wanted to say what an amazing experience that was especially from the terrible one i had a few years back at the same location. the three of them were just awesome! so sweet & funny. 10/10! thanks again. i will call back to find out his name bc he deserves a review devoted to just him! *go soccer*

Nick was very helpful. I’ve been having issues with my iPhone not having internet service, I’ve been calling customer service since June 3rd and still no resolution. I went I to the store and he showed me how to change my settings and now our phones are moving faster! Thank Nick! (I owe you $5!)

Stop with the door to door sales!!If the neighbor hood already has AT & T that means your company is not doing their job!! Stop with the harassment of people knocking on the door all day long!! I work from home and your sales people interrupted 2 meetings today!! Please Stop or there will be a lawsuit if it affects my job any further!! Twice this past week and today!! ????

Never been more upset with a business I was trying to give my money to. Arriving to get a new iPhone and plan there was a be back in 30 minutes paper in the door. No big deal it was around lunch. I stopped in Saucy next door to grab a slice and a beer while waiting. Upon leaving Saucy when I noticed it opened back up, I mentioned to the waiter if take my check since I was really just killing time until they opened. He laughed and told me he'd been there at Saucy drinking the whole time. I went over to ATT and the door was locked. I could see the ATT guy helping two gentleman so I waited. For almost an hour and half it appeared they were just talking not doing anything. I yanked in the door a couple of times and he looked at me and then right back, to what I'm guessing were his friends, without any acknowledgement. No communication that he'd be a minute, or indicate I should come back, just me standing outside a locked ATT store during operating hours. If I owned the store I'd be furious to have an employee who clearly doesn't care, or at the very least, doesn't know customer service. A simple, " I'll be with you when I'm done with these guys" or "if you want to come back a little later...". Nothing but me standing outside wasting away my Sunday. My advice, stay away. If this is how they treat a potential new costumer, than I can't imagine what it's like being under a contract where they have no real incentive to help you.

Really enjoyed working with Jose - I've had to chat with him a few times now after some complicated items on my side of things. Jose was very knowledgeable and understanding, and he listened to exactly what my wife and I needed and took care of us. Will continue to go back to this store just because of him.

Shady. Before you leave the store you better make sure you know what you are signing and what you will be charged. Very good at withholding information about better plans, options, etc. Also they are adept at pressuring customers into buying stuff they don't need. No thanks. Great place for anyone who yearns for the days of the passive aggressive hard sell or bait and switch. Very slick. Buyer beware!

I wish I could give a zero star rating. I went to the store with my husband who needed a new iPhone. We also decided to switch plans. In getting a quote for a new plan: 1. The sales rep tried to tack on a monthly charge for an iPad (which we did not want) while being unclear of the monthly service charge for the iPad. 2. Straight up lied about what data plans were available, trying to get me to purchase a larger plan than I needed 3. Tried to tack on an iPhone insurance plan which I did not ask for #2 above was ridiculous. I literally had to ask to look at his computer screen to see which plans were available because he was lying to me. Then he tried to click around quickly so I wouldn't notice. Then, when I did see the screen, the plan that he didn't mention (even when I asked him specifically about something in that range) was even highlighted as "recommended". Shady. I'm never going there again.

The guys at this AT&T are great. The service is fast and the wait time is minimal. They are polite and willing to help you anyway they can. They saved me money on my cell phone bill with a new cell phone and gave me a free tablet. They also beat my current cable providers pricing by $60 a month. Stop in and see these guys, they are great!

My phone didn't work (couldn't make calls or send texts). I had called ATT to see if they could fix it but got no where. Noor worked on the phone, figured out what was wrong, then walked through the problem with ATT corporate. They replaced my phone. Noor knew what he was doing and provided an efficient fix quickly. I really appreciate that kind of service.

The worst customer service. Had a problem with my bill and all the extra fees and charges they tacked on, Nauman said only his manager could take care of it and wouldn't even call the customer care hotline. After making him call they were able to fix it and mostly resolve the problem. Do NOT go to this retail store.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. When I left the store I felt very happy with my purchase, it wasn't until later that I realized this was a rather large mistake. Not only did they lie to my face in regards to how many days I had to return items from my purchase, but they also lied about the actual cost of my phone plan. I was told by the rep there that I had 14 days to make any returns from my purchase when in fact I had only 3 days. Likewise I was told my phone bill would be $30 cheaper than it currently is. These guys act nice and try really hard to make you feel happy in the store, but it is a complete facade and they really are full of it. I would not trust this store at all. I would highly recommend going to an actual AT&T store and not this horribly inefficient authorized retailer. At least there they can give you an accurate bill and they don't have fishy return policies. Avoid this place as much as you can.
