668 Euclid Ave, Cleveland“I have been in the process of looking for an apartment in the downtown Cleveland area so I could be closer to work for the past few months. The Residences at 668 were my favorite building by far. The location is extremely convenient as it close to the grocery store, CVS, and a number of restaurants. Additionally, there are two restaurants within the building and it is across the street from Rocket Mortgage where the Cavaliers play and down the street from Progressive Field where the Guardians play. What makes the property even greater is the people. Leon Carter was the associate representative of the property management company I worked with. He is also a resident of the building and had extensive knowledge of the building and its history. He was very genuine and honest when leading me on my tour of the building and viewing of the individual units. He was an extremely personable and really took notes of my needs as a potential residence. He was able to provide me with answers for all of my questions and concerns. His authenticity and genuine desire to help made me feel comfortable as a potential residence which is not something I felt when checking out the other options in the area.If you are looking for a potential residence in the downtown Cleveland area 668 is a great place to be and the staff onsite are top notch!”

1965 E 6th St, Cleveland“Disregard any of the older negative reviews. The management at The Garfield has put in a tremendous effort to change the negative things from the past. I am very happy with my choice to live in this building. The amenities are clean and up to date. The units are newly remodeled (I was considering a few other nearby buildings in downtown- I ultimately chose the Garfield because of the fresh remodel and nice quality finishings). The staff are all super friendly and happy to help. Diana & Robert are great. If you’re new in town, Robert has tons of suggestions on places to see, activities etc. The location is super convenient (esp if you don’t have a car)- walking distance to Heinen’s, bus stop, gyms, some of the best restaurants in town, playhouse square (you can even walk to the stadium if you want to get your steps in). Oh- and Marble Room (the best steakhouse in Cleveland!) is conveniently in the building.
The residents are young professionals and overall, the building is quiet. There are no noisy or disruptive neighbors, no parties. The building is pet friendly as well!”

1717 E 9th St, Cleveland“I've only been here for a few months and just over a year in Cleveland after having moved from California to be with family. The staff is very helpful, friendly and engaging. It is pet friendly, which I love having just adopted a new kitty. I also love that there is so much to do within walking distance and that I am still very close to friends and relatives.”
“I have lived at Crittenden Court for 3 years now. The price and location are GREAT. When I first moved in, the management of the building was my biggest frustration.Packages were constantly not being delivered (or even getting stolen). Maintenance requests were not actively being managed/fulfilled.Within the last year, a new management company has taken over and the problems above have been addressed. Zach in the Leasing Office does an excellent job making sure the building runs properly and all problems are resolved quickly! I recommend Crittenden Court Apartments for those looking for an affordable place downtown CLE!”

1701 E 12th St, Cleveland“I’m noticing improvements in the building. Laura Storm the property manager is very approachable. I appreciate how when I have issues they are addressed quickly.”
“Love this place! Huge lofts, it’s downtown (which is a huge plus). Decent gym and it’s connected to a wonderful grocery store! You don’t even have your leave your building. As I stated you’re already downtown, so you’re near the theaters, restaurants, shops, comedy clubs, etc.. You can also walk to the waterfront (which also has some fabulous restaurants).”
“Living at hunters chase has been a great experience. I love the gym and the access to ample green space while walking my dog. The staff is extremely friendly and has always promptly responded to all of my inquiries.”
“Tinnerman is a great apartment complex! It’s beautiful and has huge windows and a lovely outdoor space. Also has good parking both in surface lot and in a garage. Maintenance is super nice and very responsive to requests. There can be some Ohio city traffic noise, but it’s worth it to live in Ohio city in such a cute neighborhood within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants.”
“I lived at the Bridgeview for 2 years and have no negative things to say. Maintenance was always timely, the package system is secure, the front desk staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the management office is easy to work with.
Would highly recommend the Bridgeview for anyone looking for an apartment in downtown CLE.”
“Lived here for 5 years and cannot say enough good things about Westview. Great facilities, great price, great location. Landscaped and wooded area is gorgeous and the staff is friendly and accessible. Shout out to Liz and Stacy in the office and to the maintenance dudes Mike and George!”
“I have lived here for almost a year with my boyfriend. We weren’t sure about the place despite the mixed reviews but we’ve had a great experience so far. The office ladies and maintenance team are always very helpful and timely for getting things fixed or helping me unlock my door if I left my keys behind, etc. They are always keeping things cleaned in the halls/elevators, adding on to the infrastructure, or hosting events for everyone. I’ve had some issues with loud neighbors but that can happen anywhere. Other than that it’s all positives, I truly love the price, my apartment lay out, location, amenities, and the helpful team here!”
“Been living here for almost seven years, I’m moving because it’s time and I found something with better accommodations for my age. Things are changing everywhere- and for the most part, the Mgmt “team” tries very hard to meet the needs of the residents, and unfortunately they can’t meet them all. However, there has/is never a time I didn’t have a complaint, that wasn’t timely addressed. There is never a time I didn’t feel like mgmt didn’t care about the upkeep of my home. There were some things that I wasn’t happy about if I’m honest, but it had more to do with (some) residents not caring, than it did with Hummingbird as a whole. Living in a high rise apartment building with tons of people- will be a hit or miss - but leasing has no way of knowing that until after an apartment has been leased and the resident moves in, and Kelly from Day 1, has been the best.Thank You Hummingbird, for the many years of being a resident in your community and for your service and dedication to making me feel at home.”
“Honestly this place is fantastic for the price. No dishwasher when I was there (can't imagine that's changed but hey it's been 2 years) but the 1 bedroom apartment I had was pretty great for what I paid. A lot of space, very basic but again for the price and city/area you can't beat it. The office staff was AMAZING and I loved the maintenance, too. Always quick to the call and did the job. I lived there for 5 years and not once did they have to fix the same thing twice! Parking was tight but the garages were not expensive either if you wanted a guaranteed spot.”
“Bre was SO sweet and helpful during our move in, she made the process easy, fast and stress free. We’ve only been here two weeks but so far I have no complaints. Everything is clean, we haven’t had any issues.
One month later - I’ve tried repeatedly to get the garage door opener wired for our spot. I got an email that i would be notified when the pool passes are ready, waited 3 weeks and went to the office to ask, was told the pool was closed. I have an email that says the pool is open on weekends only, so I’m not sure which it is but using the pool would be nice. I submitted a maintenance request for the toilet, waited a week and fixed it myself. The light in the kitchen has now gone out, I’ve asked the lady in the office (the one who is always annoyed) and she said she would call and get it fixed, however bc I have my doubts, I also submitted a maintenance request. So now we wait. Again.”

1228 Euclid Ave, Cleveland“I live at the Edison in Cleveland and moved here just about 3 weeks ago. The attentiveness of the staff and response time is remarkable. This is my third apartment complex I’ve lived in and also third rental company and this is by far the best. I’ve had amazing experiences with Veronica Albino in particular. The move in process was effortless with her and she is always helpful with any and every question I ask her. Thank you Veronica and thank you NRP Group for being so amazing!”

5930 Stumph Rd, Cleveland“In September, I will have lived at Kimberly Park for one year, so this review is long overdue. My sister helped with my apartment search, and after reviewing quite a few online, my choices were either Yorktown Apartments on Pearl Road or Kimberly Park, both beautiful properties and well maintained. Kim at Yorktown was amazing and so helpful, but they didn’t have a one bedroom deluxe available when I needed to move. She called Jasmine at Kimberly Park to see what was available here. Luckily she had something, so we headed here to take a tour of the property and the model suite. Jasmine was professional, informative and very thorough giving me information about Kimberly Park. The one bedroom deluxe is very spacious and would accommodate all of my furniture. I didn’t lease that day, but came back a week later and Lori took my application and deposit. She was also very professional, personable and extremely helpful, explaining all of the upgrades that were going to be done to the suite I would be moving into. The entire process was painless and very positive, and I couldn’t have been happier with my suite on move-in day. It was spotless, the paint color and carpeting were perfect with all of my furniture. Lori did the walk through with me and made me feel right at home from day one. Visnija does an excellent job keeping up with the window cleaning, lobby, laundry rooms and hallways. Everyone that comes to visit comments on how well maintained the building is. The few times I had to call maintenance, they were here the next day and the problems were resolved. Customer service is key at a Millenium Property. There is no question that I will be renewing my lease. I am very happy here and plan on staying for a long, long time.”

1801 E 12th St, Cleveland“Been staying at luckman for past 5 years. It’s an incredible apartment, the staff is nice and polite. They do hear you well and find solutions if there are any problem. The leasing manager is super helpful, she is the best.”
“I was visiting family and had a nice time in the building, party center and pool. The heating and cooling is odd as the heat had to be regulated opening the windows or sliding door. Loved the views. The residents seemed friendly. We stayed in the guest suite, which was comfortable. The elevators were punctual. Loved the outdoors trees lit for the holidays.”
