Great communication from the Deleva team. They were all easily/readily accessible for questions. I felt that their goal wasn't to close as many loans as possible but to really help people reach their goals with purchasing homes. They may not have the cheapest rates but youre getting quality, personalizization, local expertise, accessible and ongoing relationship. Also, for the cheapest rates you might find on the internet from no names, youre prolly getting the "close, close, close".

I had a fantastic experience with this mortgage company. John and everyone on the team was experienced, efficient, and very professional. My husband and I were purchasing our first home together and learned a lot through our experience with Amerifirst, we couldn't have done it without them! We were able to talk through the process and ask questions, John was very knowledgeable. Every step of the way was smooth and efficient, it was great being able to have a 30 day close to get into our home a little faster. We greatly appreciated the support from the team, they made the stressful home buying process a lot less stressful.

I cannot put into words how amazing The Deleva Team are. Let me tell you this, John and his team can turn your dreams into reality! John, Sherri, Jackie, Cassandra and Sandy are like the Avengers ? Believe me when I say that this team can do things that others can’t! When working with John, be honest upfront about anything and I guarantee he can get you a home at a great rate!Also I want to shoutout Sherri! She is extremely responsive, no matter if it is early day or late night. I can tell it was really Sherri’s goal to make sure we got our home. Being a first time Home buyer, I had no clue what to do or what anything meant! Luckily, Sherri was there to guide us throughout this journey!I highly recommend this team. Being a first time homebuyer, saying I was nervous would be an understatement. After speaking with John and his team, those feelings were quickly alleviated. John and his team (Cassandra, Jackie, and Sherri) made me feel heard. Any silly question I had, they were more than willing to answer them and made me feel like an adult. They knew I was new to buying a house but never talked down to me or made me feel like I was a bother. I would buy 10 more houses with John and Amerifirst if I could. Their customer service was absolutely unmatched and made the entire experience as stress free as possible. I couldn’t recommend them more and there are not enough words to express my gratitude. 10/10

John and his team were awesome. Everybody on John’s team was always ready to help and answer any questions we had throughout the home buying process. John’s team is always willing to take phone calls or emails after hours, even on weekends. We could not have asked for a better experience throughout our home buying process as first-time homebuyers.
