Ripped me off. I placed an order. Within 3 minutes, it stated the order was ready and picked up. I didn't pick it up. Impossible to get there that fast. No one answered the phone and I was charged for the order. Sent an email and corporate never responded. Had to get the refund through my credit card.

Jordan is an incredible employee. She is always working hard, professional, efficient and goes above and beyond getting to know her customers and provides excellent service every single time. We all have our off days and I have never seen her in anything other than a good mood and working hard. She is much appreciated!

I thought you had coffee available 24hrs so I stopped in around 10 pm last night. There were around eight carafes sitting empty on the counter that looked cleaned and out of service for the night. Nothing brewing, no pots on the coffee machine at all. The only options were hot chocolate or cappuccino as these were in a separate machine. I left without purchasing anything.

I ordered two "fruit mixes" on door dash, I received 99% cantaloupe and 1% grapes and kiwi.
Cantaloupe is the cheapest of the 3 fruits.

Why is it okay for an employee to watch videos on her phone, not say a single word to a customer while watching her videos, all while acting annoyed that I want to purchase items? I don't need an eye roll when I say hello while trying to pay. I'm trying to be friendly. Are there any other convenient stores that can replace this location with employees that can speak like normal human beings? A heavy sigh is not exactly welcoming. She does the same thing every single time I'm there.

Horrible customer service. The lady working there in a night shift is disgracing the whole franchise with her nasty attitude. Manager needs to get back to the to the applications list to find someone worthy of representing the company.

Everyone at this store at all other hours is super friendly but the reddish hair woman that works at night is one of the rudest woman I've ever encountered. The first couple of times I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I work late hours as well and know it’s not easy. But even when you try to small talk her and be nice she is unpleasant and rude. You can over hear her talk about how much she hates working here and could care less about what the customers think of her. She never bags your items and whenever you pay with cash she rolls her eyes and says something like “oh good now I have to get you change”. I’d like to give a higher rating because the morning and afternoon crew are all nice but I feel like her encounters bring all those reviews down. She gives this 7/11 a bad rap.

This business charges more than advertised prices. Make sure you check your receipt because they actively try to rip off the customer. What an awful store.

I just picked up an order for uber eats around 11:10 oclock pm on 03/27/2024,and the woman who is working there was a rude witch and she has mental issues for sure and I don't know why she is hired in a such beautiful 7 eleven..

I am there to pick up a door dash order and the woman working Saturday Nov. 4, at 1am was a rude, snotty witch. Instead of calmly telling me the order of a 2liter & banana wasn't ready she got an attitude. I hope this is not how you run your business and I will let my customers know.......shame on you
