Extremely frustrating! We had a vacation home in Lakeview for several years. We received mail daily. We moved to the homepermanently in May of 2022. We filed a changed of address. We have received only a few pieces of returned mail. I filed a complaint in Oct 2022, was later contracted by the Circleville Post Office advising us the issue has been resolved and we will get our mail. Again, I filed another complaint early Dec 2022 as still no forwarding mail! We sent three letters to our old address with my granddaughters forwarding address in Nov we have not received the forwarded mail and my granddaughter has not received the letters back. After filing the new complaint I received a call from the Russels Pt post office, a message was left stating they were closing the case as she talked to the driver and we have no mail box up! We live on Grandi Ave and have a mail box up and have received mail there for 4 years! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General. This is totally unacceptable!

The postal service is HORRIBLE! I have issues of not getting my mail for weeks past expected, not getting packages at all, getting late packages that is damaged so bad (with a note saying they are very sorry and satisfaction is their priority :/ ) that the contents is NOT EVEN IN THE PACKAGE WHEN IT ARRIVES!!! I have had mail I sent out for bills come BACK TO ME a month later!! And just today got a letter back saying insufficient address unable to forward, when the complete address is on there (that was also sent out over a month ago).... let's not get started with delivering mail that comes to me to the correct addresses (who knows where some of mine go??)

While the hours have been reduced over the years, I’m grateful that we still have an office in Lakeview.

The lakeview post carrier for hiawatha path is lazy. I constantly do t receive mail at a regular hour, and my amazon boxes never get delivered and always have to be picked up. Do your job! Just because its a small town does not mean you get to slack on your job!

I think they deliver the mail when they feel like it instead of out of necessity. I havent gotten my mail in the same hour all week. I have 2 packages that were "out for delivery" since Monday and have yet to be delivered.
