Zero stars!! we have to use this company as we rent and it is who the land lord chose. WE have had nothing but problems for the [past five years. No one ever answers the phone, voice mail is full on the emergency line and you cant ever speak to a manager, hours say 8 am but it took till 0855 today to get an answer. We called on 02/08/2021 to request 200 gallons of propane as we were at 30 percent. WE were told the driver would deliver sometime during the week. On 02/15/21 at 0430 in the morning I woke up to a freezing cold house 59 degrees and dropping, they had never delivered the propane, we are under a winter storm warning until Tuesday 02/16/21 at 1400. the temperatures are to get below freezing with up to 12 inches of snow. I began calling Lakeside Propane at 0800 and got the answering machine , I then dialed the emergency numer and got answering machine with a full mail box. I was not able to get anyone till 0855 and at that point was told that the situation was being handled and that the drivers make their own delivery schedules, I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the woman I was talking to was the manager, she did not apologize , she did not even seem to care that her company had left us without heat . If I could get another propane company I would, and they know we cant leave them ,s o they could care less about my family at this time.
