I found a shirt it was 4.85 but it had arm pit stains on it so I asked if they would discount it for me and I could possibly get the stains out.. the manager said no it’s full price if you want it, if you don’t want it we are throw it away.. you would think they would want to make a little bit of money and then I could work on it getting it cleaned but instead they will loose out plus basically tell me sorry screw you …we are throwing it out.. this is not good business… they are to help people

Very disappointed 3 items an including half off. Almost 9.00 just wow. I believe I'll go back to salvation army. At least I know what the prices are on each item. Goodwill ur too expensive for the average poor person that is barely getting by in life. Ur color tags mean nothing if we don't know what the actual price is. .

My favorite Goodwill in the area. Great furniture, home & kitchen, and bedding sections and they still sell VHS which I really appreciate. The folks who work here are super friendly too and are accepting of visibly queer people.

Today my husband and i were at this goodwill shopping enjoying ourselves and always loved this location. Todat though was not the case. We had 72 points and should have had 35% after payi g for a few items but our lady did not know anything about her position. After ahowing our receipt she still did not understand. The manager made excuses and was rude and refused any help and walked away saying call corporate. I will never shop at this location again unfortunately because its hard enough for people that need help with clothing and everything to help with living.

Shopping here is fun. Employees are always friendly and helpful.. i have never met a cross or disgruntled clerk in ANY Goodwill Store. They are genuinely happy that you are visiting their store. They take pride in what they do. Their household displays are evidence of this. Clean, orderly, and inviting. God Bless you folks!

Pricing is very fair, no matter the condition or brand. Best prices I have seen for goodwill is at this location. Maybe it's a summit county thing.
