$600 later vehicle is making the same noise. Clearly wasn’t diagnoses right and now wants me to pay again for it to be fixed. Clearly just part changers, not mechanics.

couldn’t get a quote, was told “it depends how long it takes me” then told me he wasn’t interested in working on my vehicle and hung up. Seems like a joke of a shop.

They do a fantastic job at auto body & repairs. Bill's Auto Service worked with the insurance and had it repaired in no time.The car was like new when we got it back. I'd go no place else! We had Austintown Gerber Collision & Glass repair a car and it was never right or repaired correctly.The service was horriable.

I just want to Thank Bill for fixing my 2007 Nissan Xterra. I took it to 3 different shops and I was told I needed a new transmission at 2 of them and a new muffler at another. I took it to Bill and he diagnosed it within seconds of driving it! It only needed a new Fan Clutch! I will be recommending him to everyone of my friends and also people I don't know! Plus he charged me way less than what he originally said it would cost. Thank you again Bill.
