Ultimate Glass did a fantastic job! Matt was kind, professional, and didn't try to steer me away from factory glass, which was my preference. Moreover, because I worked with him, I was able to get my cameras recalibrated at the dealer, which made a difference to me. Took my vehicle to be repaired here. Came back with a filthy headliner covered in grease and managed to scratch an expensive wood panel on the interior, which had nothing to do with the repair in the first place. Never repaired it and I was left holding the bag. You get what you pay for.

I have used Ultimate Auto Glass to replace three windshields. Mercedes Dealership in North Olmstead uses them. Top notch quality installation and service. The last one they did was quite involved (Mercedes W211 chassis) and they did it under adverse conditions. 5 Stars for quality and effort!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Matt and his son, Matt worked and got my entire windshield replaced super quickly and efficiently! Only had to bring my car up to him which was only 10 minutes away! He was super gentle with everything. Highly recommend these guys for any and all glass repairs!

Just had Matt Sr. and Matt Jr. at my place to fix my windshield. These guys were GREAT! Impressive workmanship, timely, thorough and entertaining. Referred to by Mercedes Benz dealership. Was to be equivalent glass windshield but the windshield is not equal to the OEM glass. The windshield have ripples in the middle so signs and poles are wavy as they go by. the windshield is perfectly clear with no slight greenish tint as the original. Very glaring and requires sunglasses at all times due to the lack of tint or glare reduction of the original glass. Now I am going to have to have it tinted. I didn't save any money as I had a $250 deductible so any extra savings for not having a MB OEM glass went to the insurance company.
