“I felt our conversations were helpful, kind and courteous. I felt like I was important. They gave me an apples to apples quote with my previous insurance company to compare and it was a no brainer. I won't mention any names of past carrier but it rhymes with Great Arm. I called them numerous times over past 25 years about my rates and how they have skyrocketed (with no claims reported) and they never budged a dime. “worst nightmare in my life booking a cruise with this Branch. one minute I'm being told that I could receive a refund the next minute I'm being told I can't get a refund that has to be issued in a voucher. while having everything in writing saying I am due a refund. customer service never followed up with any of the issues that we were having basically just told us there's nothing that they can do for us. save your time and go to another branch. in touch with the district manager now so maybe they can help me very disappointed on the way this whole process was handled”
