We had a screw in our 5th wheel tire, they got us in on the spot, patched the tire and had us on the road faster than a NASCAR Pit crew! That patch has lasted another 2500 miles (to Maine and back to WI). Super friendly and while I would have paid the whatever they wanted they charged me an amount so small I feel guilty saying how low it was.

We were about 6 hours from home on a 15 hour drive from Maine when we got a low PSI warning. Luckily we were only 3 miles from this shop. They got us in and out with a repair in about 30 minutes. I cannot thank this shop enough for the great service!

We blew a tire on the highway and the owner went out of his way (on his own time btw) to take our tire back to the shop and got it mounted and had us on our way in less than an hour when the tow service told us 3 hours or more! On an 11 hour road trip with 2 more hours to go with my 102 year old mom in the backseat, he definitely was a saving grace!! Great great service! If we lived around here we would be loyal customers for sure!

Very professional customer care , had a nail in my tire and their delivery truck brought my exact tire the same day , once it arrived I was in and out in 15 minutes, mount and balanced. Good , clean , reliable business.

What a pleasant surprise to find a repair shop in this day and age with real old fashioned American values: integrity and knowing the meaning of hard work aside it was a breath of fresh air to feel valued as a customer!My trailer blew a hub late in the day as I headed back east. Vern and the family went above and beyond! Vern actually drove to the part store himself knowing they wouldn’t deliver that late in the day.They all stayed two hours past closing to ensure my son and I got back on the road safely.I won’t ever forget them and what a pleasant experience I had when faced with a bad situation.We need more caring people like Vern and his family! Thank you so much for your kindness.

They made room for me the same day I called, and they were kind and pleasant to talk to. I needed a tire swapped desperately, and when they said they were busy that morning, I said I could come back on Monday, but they said that they'd make room in the afternoon for me so I didn't run into trouble over the weekend. We are still kind of new to the area, so having good business around to help us out is so appreciated. And it was very affordable, which is also appreciated.

I stopped in on a road trip because my tire pressure light came on for second time. Saw their excellent reviews so drove the extra hour to their location instead of going to a closer place. So glad I did. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I was offered a beverage & given a place to sit. Mr Marcy, himself, checked my tire & made recommendations. We had a lovely chat after he got me set to go. I won't say how much I paid but let me just say, I never would have gotten that deal elsewhere. I highly recommend this place & if I'm ever back this way I will stop in to say hello.

After doing research, Marcy's had the best price on tires for my truck in the area. Tim printed out 3 choices and gave me info on each. GREAT customer service was a bonus. All 5 driving members of my family have gotten their tires here.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I got a flat tire on the highway and was able to pull off of the Kingsville exit and found Marcy's not far from where I made it. They put my donut on my car and got a new tire ordered and installed by the following day. Thank you!
