“This little shop is very small but has just about everything you could need and helpful knowledgeable staff that can get you just about anything you could want, very friendly and very helpful and very quick no waiting in lines or searching for an employee like Walmart just to find out they don't have what you need, the prices are roughly the same or a little higher then Walmart but for the excellent service and quick help its very very worth it!”
“Ray went above and beyond for me with a battery pack. I bought an E-scooter/moped with no battery. He was professional and patient listening to me over the phone and in person(me being someone that knows NOTHING about batteries/electrical things). Not only did the batteries come in quick, he wired, labeled and put a fuse on the wire in case I connect it incorrectly; I blow the fuse not the batteries. Such a great experience!!”

“Albert's may not be known for replacing mufflers and tail pipes --- but should be!! Recently, Albert's replaced my muffler and tail pipe for a very reasonable price and was quick!! They have the equipment to fabricate specific to your auto or truck. I highly recommend Albert's . . . In fact, they are the only auto service that have touched our cars during the past 15 years.”

“Parts are normally pretty good, but the staff... The staff is actually very helpful, they are friendly, most of them are knowledgeable. And the part that drives me the most about the staff is the fact that they have the lugnuts to where if they don't have something and can't get it they will try to help you find alternatives sources to get whatever the items may be .... You just get that anymore.. I love it, thankfully I don't see them to often because of what that means but when I do get to see them I rather enjoy the experience, most of the time.Response: not a problem, the only thing that would make me like y'all more is if you sold more motorcycle parts, even if they all had to be ordered as needed.”
