Super rude. Red haired Lady running the counter knew a customer was in the lobby but continued to stay on her cell phone in the back. I didn’t know the shipping process (I’m used to UPS) asked to use some tape and was rudely told to buy some- so I walked out. Maybe you could offer kindness and assistance to someone who doesn’t know the process the first time.

They were not busy when I visited. Postal Clerk was friendly.

If being rude and demeaning are the top two job criteria to work at this location, these folks exceed all expectations!

I drop off packages regularly and work with a couple of their employees. Very helpful, friendly AND knowledgeable. A small Post Office with minimum staff but the area's community obviously has grown significantly. They do a great job.

Smooth and seamless transaction, would recommend. The man who helped me was super helpful and friendly. Definitely a small town post office feel as I could tell everyone knew each other

Counter clerk was rude and gave incorrect information. This post office does not follow guidelines set on USPS's official site.

Don is a great guy. I’ve read where people don’t like him but I think they are being a little too quick to judge. I do a lot of business with UPS, FedEX and USPS and this is by far my favorite stop. Everyone (Don ESP) treats my wife, little girls and myself with the utmost care and respect. It is a small office but so is Kings Mills. If you want larger PO there are Mason, Lebanon and Maineville all within a 10 mile radius.

The small town feel is real here- service with a smile, call you by name and the employees make you feel like family. Also our postal carrier is the best!!! He does a fantastic job!

Rude condescending man behind counter. Just asked where the drop off was and got a smart a$$ reply. I've never been to this office before so how am I supposed to know where everything is? Certainly will be the last time.

Don was rude and condescending! I was returning unopened packages. He told me that he should make me take them back to my own post office. I stated that I drove by this post office twice each day, and didn't even know where the Maineville post office was located. He told me it was in the middle of the town that I live in. I stated that I had always gone to the Mason post office, since that is where I had lived for thirty years. He said that that post office wasn't there either. I told him I was fully aware of that. I am angered that a federal employee who works in customer service can dictate to me which post office I can and cannot use.

Attempting to file a complaint. Man behind counter belittled and berated me for my mistake, and I make mistakes just like anyone. This man followed me out from the counter and I had my twin sons with me and was struggling to get them and the large package I had also. He didnt care and told me I was a bad example to them. He then followed me outside and attempted to fight me, which I of course did not engage him physically. He seemed to enjoy letting me know that it was a felony if I did even though he was the one attempting to start an altercation. I would never go here again and this man doesn't deserve the federal pension he receives

I will NEVER go to this post office again after the way I was treated yesterday. I simply needed to drop-off prepaid packages, and the man behind the counter (middle aged, brown hair with glasses) yelled at me and belittled me in front of a room full of people. He would NOT accept my packages, and just continued to yell at me. I'm a small business owner and drop off packages at the post office multiple times a week, I know how it works, I'm not an idiot. This man simply didn't want to do his job, and should NOT be working in an industry where he has to deal with customers. My next stop will be a formal complaint with the Inspector General.

Not much to a post office but people who work there are friendly
