I had the most wonderful experience at Eastwood Furniture! Their Amish-built furniture, crafted from locally sourced wood by talented local craftsmen, is truly a work of art. The staff here is simply amazing, and I've never encountered better customer service. I'm beyond thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend Eastwood Furniture to anyone in search of high-quality, beautifully crafted pieces for their home.

Great customer service. They took the measurements we brought and helped us create custom pieces to fit our spaces. We described what we were looking for and they showed us options on the floor and in the books. We changed sizes, added doors to cabinets, changed legs, etc. All were no problem at all. Very nice people.

So we went in on a whim hoping to find the perfect night stands. Didn't quite find what we were looking for. But we talked to the nicest lady at the counter and she told us they could make anything that we desire. We thought this was absolutely wonderful. So never the less we are now waiting on our custom night stands. Real wood of our choice and Staind to the color that matches what we like.

The first desk that was sent was not what we ordered and was not level, you couldn’t even connect the 2 pieces together. A bit disappointing there was no quality check before delivery.The delivery people also nicked it trying to bring it in since they didn’t want to open both double entry doors. After a bit of back and forth the owner made it right with the second desk and we love how it turned out.

Very nice staff and extremely helpful. It was one of the few places we visited Saturday in Amish Country that adhered to the mask mandate. We stayed and looked at many furniture pieces which are well made and of the highest quality. Their attention to the customer and adherence to state guidelines for mask wearing made us feel comfortable and safe. We are in our 60s and have made it this far. I would recommend you visit this store because not only are they conscious of the making the customer feel safe, their furniture is top shelf.

While we have just started the furniture search, we started at Eastwood Furniture. We won’t be going anywhere else. We started with wanting a square gathering table, walked away ordering a 42X60 beautiful table and 6 stools to match, plus a couple of barstools. I’m not positive who helped us, but they were welcoming, patient and juggled my ever changing mind. I’ve been retail for a long time and did not feel pressured at anytime, kudos to you and we will definitely be back for more!! Thank you!

Beautiful furniture for home and porch. Innovative pieces for the kitchen and office. We've shopped here for twenty years and they have copies of every invoice with descriptions of style and stain color. Eastwood is a professional, customer-centered business with a great selection in stock. Unlimited customization available too.
