We love the store but the actions of the employees are relentless ….they are rude and mean ….they constantly act like YOU are in there way as when we are shopping and looking they come out with merchandise and are just mean about you getting out of their way and if you ask a question they are very hateful and not accommodating ..::.I have never had one that was kind and helpful which is very sad because this store is very nice although some prices are absurd there again grumpy mean people doing the pricing ..I am not sure how they do their pricing ….just wish the employees were kinder ….that is the only thing I don’t care for in this store because again such a variety and nice store ….hopefully one day employees are more kind to their customers

I was here a while back and I could not believe the poor service and clothing prices. Thought I would check in today but nothing has changed. $30 for some generic molded shoes. Just look at my pics smh

Pricing is big problem, same items have two or three prices and are in different aisles. Ask employee about it and with a rude answer, what ever is marked is what it’s sold for.

Used to shop here when i lived in the area & loved it. Recently was in the area and decided to stop back in and check out what they had and saw prices on clothing like this picture and started going through more clothing thinking “this must be a mistake” but no all the clothes were priced this way. This sweatshirt is easily from 2014 or older and they are selling a donated item for $40? Insane i couldn’t even try to find a good deal because why would anyone support a company that is pricing stuff like this? Never going back

I spent a lot of time going through the entire store, even though I was only seriously looking for one thing.
I was impressed by the amount of things they had to offer, however, wondering who in their right mind would pay the prices they are asking! Especially the clothing. I can get a lot of it new for the same or less.
I may come back just to take a quick look but not for clothes. Won't donate here either.

EDIT: I preface this by saying I realize you take your chances when buying used. My son has been wanting a VCR. So he looked at the ones there. Plugged it in and it turned in. We inspected the inside as much as we could see. It looked clean and no dust. But there was no way to check if the tape part actually worked.
It was $26.00 so my son took a chance and of course we get it home and he hooks it up right away. But it eats all the tapes ?
They really need at least a one day return policy OR check to make sure these things actually work.
$26 is a lot of money for a winning high school teen. He is so disappointed.
We won't be shopping at Valley Thrift shops anymore.
Between the lack of organization, over priced electronics that don't work, and workers who follow you around...it just not worth it.
There is certainly a lot to choose from which is nice. However, in my opinion, it needs to be organized a bit better.
There is no rhyme or reason to the household items organization.
Prices are all over the place.
Things should be grouped according to type (drinking cups/glasses, kitchen cookware, vases, etc). Not just thrown in a shelf.
DVDs/CDs are just thrown into a package with no real connection. You'll have rock mixed with religious songs. Or mystery movies with comedy.
All DVDs/CDs should be sold separately, because most people don't want a hodge podge.
So for us, they lost out on sales because we wanted one DVD and one CD out of the lot, so we opted not to buy.
Never the less, I'm not the manager. Just someone giving feedback.

Owners have their workers (who I imagine they grossly underpay) spend most of the day working to remove anything other than items tagged the colors that are “new” or “25% off” from the racks.
Ignore the 50/75 percent off sale colors, because you won’t find them. This is a scummy business that is trying to leach as much profit as they can from DONATED items. Do better!

Great prices on housewares! The clothes are very overpriced, like new clothing prices. You can find clothes cheaper in the actual stores. Check out was very easy, things are well organized for a thrift store.
