I had an issue with my windows that couldn't be fixed, but Nick let me know what needed to be done and sent me to the Acura dealership where they didn't need to do diagnostic, had the part I needed and was able to fix it immediately. Nick did repair my passenger side mirror with the part I had brought in, saving me lots! I am an old lady who needs to feel that going to a mechanic is going to be a good experience. “I almost never write Google reviews, but felt compelled to after dealing with Accel (Kettering location) this afternoon. I cannot stress enough just how incredible they were to me.
1) I walked in without an appointment an hour before closing because one of my front headlights was out. The front desk person could not have been any friendlier.
2) A tech came out to the waiting area to discuss the issue with me, gave me reasons why it may have occurred, and options for a resolution.
3) Not only was the price affordable, it made me seriously evaluate why I'd want to drive to the dealer to get my car worked on by them in the future.
4) The car had some snow and ice covering it from a recent snowfall. When it was returned to me, all of it had been removed (without them telling me or me asking for it to be done).
