normally i love coming to this tj maxx it’s generally clean, organized, and i’ve had nothing but good customer service. however my most recent trip there i bought teeth whitening strips that came in a box of 14 only to find out when i get home and open them there’s only 1 left because someone stole the rest of them😭😭skill issue on my part for not checking but it’s a little too easy to steal smaller items and i wouldn’t be complaining but im just trying to be hygienic over here🥲🥲

TJ Maxx is just like Marshalls they have anything you can think of pretty much great prices a lot of scratch and dent merchandise which if you're not really worried about a little scratch you can get some really nice stuff

I am local and used to shop at TJ often, but today was the last time.There is a short woman with long hair and glasses; she works sometimes in jewelry sometimes in cashlanes and she treats me like a thief whenever I want to exchange or return an item. She seldom accepts items brought at other TJ stores referring to an item being not in the system for the last year even though you purchase it a week ago. That is her pretense every single time. They never treat locals with respect, never. Whenever they see you often, they make fun of by gossipping with other employees. A tall male employee with beard and glasses is an example, he would greet everyone walking thrpugh the doors, but once his eyes detect a familiar face, he would ignore you as if you are epileptic.

Have nothing bad to say, clean store, lower than normal prices for nice stuff, safe location, when you leave you can stop by chik-fil-a...unless its Sunday. I'd definitely recommend ??

Rude saleswoman....
Raised her voice at me when I asked her a question. Tried to play the victim when I asked to see the manager.
She never apologized for her tone that she used with me.
Never will purchase anything from this store again!.
