“Wonderful experience! We visited in order to have my daughter re-fitted for pointe shoes. Wow! What a different experience we had compared to other shops. Terri was fantastic! She took such great care of my daughter and was so specific to her needs. She studied her bare foot, her dead pointe shoes, talked with her about her current dancing needs/struggles, tried various shoes until the perfect one emerged. We will definitely be back! This is a wonderful shop. This will for sure be our new go to for dance shoes!!”

“Sadly I cannot remember the employees name that helped me but he was amazing. I have terrible knee issues and needed something that would wear well with lots of standing and walking while at work. He did a great job listening to what I was saying before he even tried to recommend a shoe. I did give into the inserts they offer, which I am extremely happy I did now. He interacted with my son while I tried on shoes and was not pushy at all. Not only am I not worried about being on my feet all day at work, Im excited to get back on the treadmill and try these vs my hokas. I will definitely go back to purchase from them again.”
“I’m not one to jump on a 5 star rating by any means unless I feel like it’s earned. I have struggled with work boots and getting the right feel and quality. I have used them multiple times over the last couple years at this location and had nothing but the best customer service and never hesitate to go out of their way to help. I did try a closer location red wing to home but I didn’t have near the experience I had at this location. Highly recommend to anyone to make the extra trip to the Miamisburg location.
Also just had a resole done on a pair of older boots and I’m very satisfied with the results and they went the extra mile to oil and put new laces on at no charge.”

“Between the seibenthaler store and this one hands down this one for multiple reasons such as availability of stock, friendless of employees, and overall customer service! Every time I go to this store my husband and I are nothing but satisfied!As a side note this is not a store where you are going to find you $3 bargains you pay for the quality of the clothes and it’s worth it, plus they always have fresh up to date trends! Also, they do have good prices on their shoes I got my vapormax $60 less there vs any where else!”
