The pharmacy is the reasons for visiting the store. I absolutely love the pharmacy staff! Everything always goes so smoothly and they are extremely helpful! I hope this one doesn't close!!

The people who work in this pharmacy dress like slobs. Wearing dirty-looking, moth-balled sweaters with stretched out necks, they look like they just rolled out of bed to fill my prescription. It's gross and unprofessional.

The pharmacist at Rite Aid Kettering are always efficient, polite and knowledgeable. And the pharmacist aids that help them or amazing that’s why we keep going back. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jamey is one of the pharmacist, and she always goes above and beyond what she needs to.

After moving to the Kettering area we changed from CVS to this Rite-Aid. Now that we've been shopping here and getting prescriptions here, I can say this is one of the best pharmacies and friendliest shops in town. We're always greeted as we walk in, know many of the employees by name, and appreciate the cleanliness and expedience in which we get in and out. Thank you all!

Prescriptions are never ready on time and unless you have half the day to wait while the employees socialize you aren't going to get them. This is the last time I use them!

Horrible experience. Was trying to get a rebate on medicine prescribed by hospital. Pharmacist and staff were not only unhelpful but insulting. Had to transfer prescription to CVS where they processed the rebate in minutes with no questions asked. The pharmacist also took the time to explain the medicine to me, something Rite Aid never offered. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!
