Had our son’s bday party here today… laser tag was great! They could be a little more organized/informative. But all in all a good experience.

Clean. Family friendly. Nice rental shoes, seemed almost brand new. Good crowd. Affordable and tasty food.

Do yourself a favor. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Second time here, and it was terrible. You pay for events that don't happen on time. When questioned, I was told what I could have been charged! For what?? The guy with the long hair was extremely rude and kept walking away when speaking. When in line to order a pizza, the lady told the people in front of us "WELL, I'LL TELL YOU NOW, IF YOU WANT PIZZA, ITS A HOUR TO AN HOUR AND A HALF WAIT!" At that point, I was over it. I don't know why the staff was soo nasty..but I'll take my personal fun and business events elsewhere. Big disappointment.

People up front were nice but when I ordered food the girl was rude. I’m a manager at a restaurant and there is no excuse for not going above and beyond for your customers. I went up and asked for a box and thanked the employee for it and she said absolutely nothing the whole interaction. This was at 11:30 on 2/28

I have been coming to this bowling alley for years and never have I ever had an experience like the one I endured last night. Walked in at about 9:25 and the man at the front was incredibly rude to me and my friends. He had a little bit of white hair, and was wearing suspenders and glasses. He was incredibly rude and honestly I don’t think he should be working in customer service. It’s sad to say after 10 years of coming to this bowling alley I will not be back until the balding man with the overalls and glasses is no longer working a customer service position. The guy vacuuming the floors was 100% nicer and actually took care of us. I left early and wasted $45. How rude

love the lanes here and the bar is good too. But I gotta talk about the pro shop:The pro shop is well stocked with a lot of options for bowling balls and shoes. They have a section of used shoes which were perfect for me as I am a casual player and I don't need anything too fancy. The pro shop attendant however had an elitist attitude and seemed like he didn't even want us there. He also made several sexist comments and just generally made us feel very uncomfortable. If you are going to woodman lanes just to bowl, I say go for it! But if you need a pro shop I would say go to poelking South. South's shop isn't quite as stocked but the attendants there are kind and informative without belittling casual players.

This review is not about the lanes, but instead about the pro shop. I am a casual bowler and I went in to buy a ball. The attendant seemed like he didn't want to be there, and continually talked down to me. He treated me like I was dumb for not knowing a lot about bowling (again I am a casual player), and a waste of his time. He mocked the weight of the ball I was using and made misogynistic comments about it. He also tried to pressure me to buy a more expensive ball, and when I showed him the ball I currently use, he said verbatim "you're killing me man." There was no care to anything he said, and ultimately if I didn't already enjoy bowling his comments would've made me not want to bowl ever again.

Horrible if your coming here to actually play. The pins were falling and not sticking. The whole 2 hrs we had to keep resetting and changing our scores. When I tried to complain the older man was rude saying we weren't getting any money back but gave us 15 more min. The problem was the games were Already ruined why would we want to have more time. Then a small drink with one shot was $12. Won't go back here.

Horrendous experience. Guy at the counter was extremely rude and immediately told our group that we would wait more than an hour for lanes that were clearly open. Upon inspection, it appeared that many larger groups got in without any wait. Do not deal with this place WHATSOEVER.

My kis and I adore this bowling alley. They have an arcade section which is fun (kinda pricey) but the really neat thing about this place is the two story laser tag hidden inside. It is affordably and fun for all ages!

Got absolutely Steam rolled by my friends but still had a good time. They served twisted tea by the bucket, had lazer tag & other stuff to keep you occupied until the lanes were available. This place is legit.

Nice bowling alley...but it SUCKS when it comes to HS tournaments! Very disorganized and poor PA system. Made kids take "outside food" outside to eat...even when their own kitchen couldn't keep up with food orders closed ordering! Kids only get 30 minutes for lunch too. Would NOT recommend this place to host a tournament at all! If you and your team have to go here, take food and be prepared.
