The branches really are subpar in customer service. I can't count on two hands without starting over how bad the customer interface and cueing system works. Quotas for the glass enclosed bankers are more important than people. I have been interrupted by those same bankers repeatedly calling me to get me to come to their branch for a meeting. They call me during my work hours. Then when you need them, their phones are on DND so they can make their quota calls. Hmmm. Look outside your windows and do things to exceed customers' expectations rather than inspire us to change banking options. Seriously. Catch up with the times.

Experience is always good but they are often extremely busy.

Absolute worst customer service. You have to scan a barcode, and then answer 5 questions (individually sent to you by text) in order ask a banker a question. I was the only person there to see a banker! Then, it took me 28 minutes to cancel my credit card by phone. Sad.

I have been a regular customer at this branch for a a little over 2 years now, and I have never had any issues. The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly and welcoming and it is always obvious that their teamwork flows effortlessly and there never seems to be any hostility.. well today, my usually pleasant visit was totally ruined BY ANOTHER GUEST! I have never seen a woman, let alone another person, treat another human being so poorly. This entitled white woman was just belittling this poor little Asian girl behind the teller line, treating her as though she were nothing but a common peasant. It escalated severely and I can tell you that I'm not sure anyone else in that room would've had the patience to take the emotional abuse that woman gave that poor little girl as she excessively belittled her. It had to have taken every ounce of patience that this young woman had to maintain her seamless calm composure and give this woman the respect that every person in that room KNEW she did not deserve, and I am all the better for witnessing that kind of patience, and humbled that somebody could be mistreated so poorly and STILL provide help considering the hostility. I think that young lady deserves a red carpet roll out for maintaining her sweet composure. GOOD FOR YOU, PNC! This woman has complimemted the rest of your staff nicely! I'm absolutely in awe with what I had seen today.

I tried to cash a $15.00 check issued by my insurance company. Unfortunately P.N.C. wants to charge $10.00 to cash it. Taking two thirds of the total check seems illegal. Isn't there a law limiting cashing totals in Ohio? Two thirds total seems wrong. I'm so glad that my company no longer banks with them.
