This gym has everything you could possibly want! Theres free tanning, red light therapy, massage chairs etc! Its ckean and theres plenty of machines to go around and a great selection!

Only use the place we signed up at per says Chris . He says since airway is our home place Kettering will
Not give us the benefits of a black card member . He’s rude and stuck up on a power trip we have three memberships and will be cancelling them . He was also rude to our guest . Had an issue selling them a bottle of water since we are airway members.
We signed up online what is the difference where it says our “ home “ gym is ?

The staff is very friendly and mostly knowledgeable. Some of them don't know the names of the muscle groups, but if you show them what area you want to develope they are then able to suggest the correct equipment. The place and equipment is kept very clean. Some equipment need lubricant but not badly, not enough to throw the by more than a few pounds. I highly recommend this place.

I have been coming to this location since September 2023 about 3-4 times a week consistently. I usually go around Midnight-2am Sunday night to Thursday night. Up until a few weeks a go when the two 3rd shift workers left one right after the other this gym WAS spotless, clean bathrooms clean showers, clean everything. Had a friendly staff that engaged in conversation with customers. Now the past few weeks with two new people on 3rds the bathrooms are beyond disgusting. Dirty toilets, floors, showers. The bottom of all the showers in the men’s locker room (with in the past few weeks) have turned a dark yellow orange color. Wrappers, hair, q-tips, used soap bars cover the shower area. I used to shower at the gym every time I came but since stopped because of how disgusting they have been come with no one cleaning the locker rooms. I also tan here twice a week. Used to reserve a spot and be called by name to the from desk 1-2 minutes before reserved time to go back. Now when I reserve a spot there is usually no one at the counter for several minutes, and when/if they do come to the desk they will just look at you not say anything or ask if you need help. Also, tonight it is 12:50a Monday morning and all the lights are on but no one has unlocked the door and several people have showed up to exercise just to be let down when they realize the door is still locked. Long story short I might switch my home gym to another location. I’d rather drive further away to feel accepted, acknowledged, and that my health matters in the sense of cleanliness of the facility.

Needs more equipment. People sitting on equipment talking or texting. Overall not bad but, people need to workout, not tie up machines needlessly.

Terrible treatment from the server, today in the middle of my training a girl approached me to inform me that I had the wrong shoes, she told me to leave immediately in an annoying way, I responded that I was not aware of this, that On the next occasion I would bring the correct shoes, which would allow me to finish my training assignment, and she responded in an explosive and rude manner to me to leave the gym immediately, I understand the rules but it doesn't seem like the way to communicate things, in especially if we pay month after month punctually, in addition to this, this girl, unlike her colleagues, is the only one who never responds to greetings when entering, I hope I think badly and this is not a problem of her resentment toward us, which is very evident by her different treatment towards us, I hope that as the correct footwear is requested from the users, good treatment is also requested from the users.

I love my gym and how it accommodates all people from kids to elderly people. I mostly love the black members' benefits. The massage beds and total body enhancement.

It could definitely be cleaner. An the tanning beds are not taken care of. My first visit t tanned in a bed with 6 lit bulbs. An all the staff acted shocked but did nothing for a week.

Made this my home gym as soon as they opened, I've moved since but will still make the drive vs going to a closer location. The machines are clean they have plenty of machines, the workers are super friendly, tanning units stay clean as well as the locker rms. Best and most friendly location I've been to.

No jugs, no grunts, no tanks; but men can use the women's locker room?? What is going on at Planet Fitness? PF is making news. Hopefully PF fixes their policies.
