“Best staff ever! I am in my 20s and live on my own with a 1 year old and a new 6 month old rescue. I’m always needing supplies for them, baths, and generally popping in to ask a question because it can be a bit overwhelming at some points. The girls there have always been eager to help with whatever it may be and the older pup absolutely loves going there (the new addition will learn). I know I can trust their products and they always seem to have the best quality and selection. I would recommend to anyone.
P.S. the new rescue loves his new Mississippi Made bed! Much better than being left out on the road”

“Our first time coming in and we’ll be coming back soon! It was a great experience, Dave is so knowledgeable and passionate and gave us a wonderful experience while stopping in. We got to see Floyd eating duckweed, some awesome showcase tanks and we got to scoop out two of our own fish to take home. Very well kept after fish and a great variety for anyone in the hobby. They answered all of my tons of questions and even grabbed all of the stuff for me so I didn’t have to roam the store. Some of the nicest people!”

“Used store pick up option while shopping online. My order was fulfilled accurately except for an item that was not in stock in the color I chose online. I opted to go ahead and substitute a different color and I am satisfied with the product despite the color. Petco was the only local store that I could get this 2 handled leash the same day.”
“Anytime I go into aquatics galore the service is above and beyond. By far the BEST fish store in the area. I’ve not seen one better. The friendly staff is always patient with me even though I ask so many questions and it’s super awesome they are extremely knowledgeable in just about every way possible. Prices are also very fair for both fish and fish products. I hope they stay in business for a very long time. You don’t get service like this often. Go to aquatics galore for all your fish needs!”

We took our Newfie to the Centerville location for a full-service wash after he went for an unexpected romp and came home a muddy mess. We had hosed him down but had no great way to wash or dry him.
Alyssa took FANTASTIC care of him--without an appointment!--and had him looking 10x better than he looked after his last groom at another groomer. We did a full service wash with fur removal and nails, and he looks like a new dog.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service we received and the care she showed our pup. Alyssa truly went above and beyond and I’m so grateful.
We will definitely be back.”

“Going to Petland was an incredible experience. Ever since I have been hit with familial problems, I needed a companion to keep me company. I was a little hesitant, but when I came to your store, it changed my views completely. The best part of my experience was getting help from Aubrielle. If great customer service was in the dictionary, her picture should be the definition. She was very knowledgeable about the pets, and broke it down where I can understand it easy. She wasn’t like most sales people where they try to shove it down your throat. She was attentive to my needs and very patient. Overall, if you come to Petland, look for this woman because she gives nothing but her best and more.”

“My family is traveling in an RV for the summer and our sweet pup needs to be groomed along the way. We often use PetSmart for her grooming needs. This PetSmart was conveniently located and had available appointments. The staff that checked us in was very friendly and interacted with our dog.
When we returned to pick her up, there was only one person working in the salon and they were grooming a dog so we had to wait about 15 minutes to check-out. I don't mind that we waited as we are on vacation, but the mangement should make sure someone is available to check out the pets without stressing out the staff who are doing the grooming.”
“My hunny and I brought home a fluffy ball of love (pekingese) named Lyle last fall from the Dayton store. He was 7 months old and was the most handsome, lovable, quirky pup they had & at the time also the eldest. We worked with Crysta to be able to bring Lyle home. Today he is a year old and we stopped into see the loving team members who helped make things possible (who we still keep in contact with❤️) because believe it or not they really do care about who and where the pups go to live and their happiness.
