Dropped package off for FedEx delivery...package is nowhere to be found has never been scanned in by FedEx...Employees not even the least bit helpful or offering to help figure out what happened. Will never ever use this store again. Will wash my hands of them just like the told me about my pacakage!

Dropped package off to be picked up by FedEx. FedEx does not show any track of it. Called store to see if they could help figure it out and they offered zero assistance! Basically told me they wash their hands of it because it was a pre printed shipping label. Couldn't even bother to ask the FedEx guy if he remembered picking it up and then call me back to let me know. Nor could they even take a minute to look in the store to see if a large Chewy box was sitting around. Will never use this store again! Complete lack of customer service!

I needed a box that was 21.5" x 12" x 23.5", but the store stocks only a few sizes, none of which were large enough. For a packaging and shipping store, the selection of packaging materials was pathetic.

Over the past few years I have had fine customer service ( there was one lady whose name I don’t know who always was very welcoming and pleasant) ... until today when Edyth (or Edith) was working. I plan to speak with the store manager about this unpleasant and demeaning experience I had. First of all she condescendingly laughed when she saw my shipping label I had printed and said “why did you print it so big??” (It was approximately 6”x8”) She was upset that she couldn’t slide it into a UPS shipping sleeve. Then Edith rudely scolded me because I asked to affix my approximately 6”x8” shipping label to my 1.5 lb box because that’s “how we conserve tape!” I thought it was supposed to be a packaging/shipping store after all. Why would the store have tape if it’s not meant to be used? I asked her name, then left and went down the street to UPS, where they taped on my label politely, quickly and shipped it, without any debate or scolding. Someone needs to educate Edith on manners and customer service. I look forward to speaking with the store manager and/or owner.

Super helpful little place to send packages and already belated birthday gifts. â€â™€ï¸ They have everyone you need to get your package out the door and safely to it's destination.

1st went to the post office on brown street,â€FedX is there one in the areaâ€â€clerk goes back to ask where a FedX drop off is...negative results,2nd UPS on Far Hil-negative answer finally asked and elderly gentalmam

They make it easy for you to get your packages to the right destination. Since they are connected to USPS, UPS and FedEx, they accept any returns, and they can compare costs when you send things out. Best of all, it is owned by a retired Postal Service civil servant, so they know all the tricks and traps for mailing. I have used them to send packages all over the US, Canada, UK and Europe, New Zealand, and overseas military bases in Europe, Asia, along with Iraq and Afghanistan. There is not often a line, so I can bring my child with me when I mail items out or bring returns to mail. You won't regret going there, and I don't go anywhere else.

very poor counter person experience. Wanted to charge me DOUBLE what FedEx site was providing. When I returned with the FedEx label I returned home to print, somewhat rude and not happy that I was bringing a drop-off package. Will not be using them again.

Location is very convenient. Service is fairly fast. I've only used the printer and fax services so far. I like supporting local small businesses as much as possible.

I only decided to post a review after I went into this store and twice a large dog was who greeted me when I came in- and he is the friendliest and most attentive staff member! Doesn't seem like customer service and professionalism matter all that much here. But hey, as far as I can tell, my packages get taken care of in the right way so I can't complain too much.
