This is the third appliance that I have bought from Logan Masters. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and do not do high-pressure sales. The team that installed my washer were very careful, quick, thorough and courteous. I always suggest Logan Masters to people anytime they are in the market for an appliance.

Excellent sales person who answered all my questions during purchase of our new dishwasher.
Unfortunately, the person installing the dishwasher was unfriendly and unprofessional. We were surprised at the big contrast between the sales versus install experience. The installer either answered a kurt “no” to questions, or mumbled something unintelligible. We regretted not having our regular plumber install the dishwasher for a little more $.

Bought a new house and dryer isn't working, the Home Warranty company sends out Logan Master. Their dryer guy fixes the dryer, cleans out the first part of the vent but not the rest. Says we cant use the dryer, until the rest of the vent is cleared, but he can't do that. Someone else in the company does that, he'll have them call to schedule. They never call to schedule. I end up calling them after waiting 3 days, leave a message they can't give a time, only a window of time but I can't agree due to work, so earliest is another 3 days. Then, call and give window of 1 to 4pm. 3hrs later, they call needing to reschedule due to the rain (its NOT even raining here I tell them this but she doesn't want to hear it), no choice. Another 3 days is the earliest, will that work? Could we at least be made a priority and get a first thing in the morning appt since cancellation is no fault of our own? Nope, the technician decides that day what route he wants to go. Can I talk to a manager - sure. What's their name - who? The manager, can you put them on the phone? No they're not available, it'll have to be a call back. Okay, what's their name - I dont know. You don't know the name of your manager? No, well yes but it could be any manager. ??? How is "any manager" going to help resolve a specific yet simple issue if they aren't part of, or work with, the department that I'm speaking with... Not exactly thrilled with their level of service so far.

We purchased a new Washer, and Dryer from Logan Master 6 months ago because with the new high tech machines out there, we wanted to work with a servicing dealer, and also it's nice dealing with a locally owned company. The sales staff was friendly, and knowledgeable, and helped us pick a set that met our needs. Just the other day, we had a failure with the Dryer. Called them for warranty service, and their team did a great job in getting us up and running again. The scheduling person, and service techs were all excellent. This has been our first purchase from Logan Master, but we'll be going back for all our appliances in the future.

We have used LMA for over 25 years but their business has plummeted. The way they schedule service appointments is ridiculous.
They say they will call in the morning to give a 3-hr timeframe, but I had to call them at10:30 for one appt, at 11:30 on another day and today it is almost 2 pm and no word. I have wasted hours waiting around for them. They are no longer customer oriented. Once, I could have forgiven, but 3 times is a pattern of sloppy customer service. I’m sorry, but they have lost my business.

I am writing in regard to the purchase of my Speed Queen washing machine and the positive customer experience that I received.
I was forced to give up my 34 year old Maytag washer because there were no more parts to repair it. Art, the service tech, tried his best to save it for me. With no success, I worked with Allen, in Sales, to find a replacement machine. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. His experience led me to my new machine. After about 2 months, I noticed a defect with the machine. The same tech, Art, came to the house to figure it out. He was congenial and experienced in this situation. After spending much time with the machine, he was very supportive of the customer and encouraged me to replace it. My request to Allen was to replace it with a new machine. It was hassle-free! Allen was understanding and apologetic over the "lemon" machine. He quickly assumed full responsibility for replacing the machine asap. By the end of the day, I had a delivery scheduled for the replacement machine. Between the salesman, Allen, and Art, the technician, I was completely pleased with the end result. Due to the outstanding customer service, I will continue to choose Logan Master for my appliances.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend using Logan Master Appliance for appliance repair. Continue reading if you’d like to know why. Probably everything that could go wrong did. From the very beginning of scheduling an appointment. I indicated before scheduling that the model number was no longer visible from inside my fridge (CSR assured me that wasn’t a big deal) To the very janky way they “schedule” your appointment. I had to wait till morning of to know my time frame. Big issue for people scheduling around work. Followed by the repairman who literally came into my house, poked his head into my fridge. Couldn’t make out the model number and acted like I would have to bite the bullet and purchase a new fridge…(I would hear back from them by noon next day to see if they could source part from serial number but made me feel as if it was unlikely.) Took my service fee payment and left in under 10 minutes. Did not try to get model number from back of fridge, or from off the part itself. Literally opened fridge door. Squinted at numbers. Jotted down serial number and was back out the door. Next day, I did not hear from them by noon. I finally called them at 2 to discover that they did in fact locate my part and ordered it. I had yet to be quoted how much the part would cost or how long it would take to get in (we were leaving on vacation in just a few days). Finally, day before we leave on vacation I received a random call from Logan to tell me my timeframe for THAT day. I had no idea the part was even in, let alone that they planned to arrive that day to repair. It turns out, after making arrangements to be home at the last minute, they had ordered the wrong part. We were suppose to hear back from them on ordering the correct part and never did. We returned home from vacation, got the model number off the back of the fridge, ordered the part off Amazon. (For $28 bucks instead of the much higher amount Logan’s was going to charge) watched a YouTube video and had it repaired in about 90 minutes. Not hard to repair. A little inconvenient taking all the pieces apart but much easier than the headache of dealing with Logan. Had we not been so anxious to have it repaired before our trip, we could have saved ourselves money and headache by doing it ourselves to begin with or using our trusted repairman who didn’t have any openings before we left. Lesson learned. Logan’s isn’t the move for appliance repair in our opinion. They did send us a “thank you” card in the mail while we were gone wanting us to use them for future needs. ? I think there is a disconnect with customer satisfaction here.

I will give them 3 stars because everyone I spoke to was very polite. Also, when I bought the washer and dryer they were very helpful. However, I paid them $112 to be told I needed a new part, and it's out of stock with no update on when they'd have more. The cost would be around $500 once the part came in. When their technician left, I did some research because I couldn't afford that repair cost. I was able to clean the corroded piece easily with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol. The washer I have is known for this issue and needs to be performed every few years based on moisture getting to this specific part of the circuit board. The technician gave me the most expensive option and said it could be a week or a month before the part comes in stock. I fixed it in 15 mins for $0, so there's my issue.

Today was our 1st experience with Logan and I can tell you, we will call them again if needed. Bryan was our technician and he was very personable and knowledgeable. We've been having trouble with our LG refrigerator freezer as it was freezing with frost inside and water running everywhere. Bryan came in, said he was here to help and he sure did. Turns out a plug installed by LG on the defrost drain tube was bad. He took everything apart, removed the plug, cleaned the coils and put it all back together. Price was very reasonable and service was outstanding! If you need appliance repair, do not hesitate to call Logan Master Appliance. If I could give 10 stars I would!!
