Logan Master Appliance is a WONDERFUL place to deal with! From the moment that I spoke with the very nice woman who answered my questions and set up my appointment, to my serviceman Christian (not to mention the price they quoted me was about half the cost of anyone else). Christian was very nice to work with and so thorough. He was punctual and he found my issue immediately! Could not recommend him or Logan enough!

Woman who schedules appointments was rude, which would have been ok had they show up to correct a repair that they had already been out to install a new part for my washing machine (but it did not fix the issue) a few week earlier. On the positive side, they did clean out my dryer vent and the dryer functions much better.

We've worked with Logan Master for many years. Always great service. They don't try to sell you something or a service that you don't need. Our technician who serviced our refrigerator today has been with them for 40 years. Their scheduling person at least 20 years. Good companies get and keep good, capable employees. Needed a part to fix my clothes dryer, and called these folks. Friendly and helpful over the phone, and they had the part I needed.Upon arriving, I was promptly greeted as I walked in and was able to get the part, and back out the door in less than 10 minutes. Walking back out to my car, there were 2 gentlemen talking by one of their service vehicles and they made a point of saying goodbye and merry Christmas before they went inside.I only needed a part, but they also offer appliance sales, repair services, etc. . I'm a sucker for good customer service, and these folks seem to have it down. Hard to find good experiences like this nowadays. I will return for any future needs based off the phone call and in store visit alone!Note: The main store front is street side, facing Smithville Rd. Customer entrance is around back of the building

The sales person was knowledge and helpful. The delivery guys were professional and pleasant. But then I washed a small load of delicates ie work clothes only to learn the hot and cold water lines were reversed and the hot water which was supposed to be cold water ruined 2 pairs of dress pants, two cardigans and a blouse. I called to tell them and did receive an apology but no compensation.

Very professional. Diagnosed the issue on the first call. Parts were ordered and arrived timely. Return visit scheduled promptly, work completed, and issue resolved. Would recommend for any appliance repair needs.

Repair has very bad service and untrustworthy! Called them to give an estimate on fridge repair. Charged for the house call to estimate but it does not come off of repair. I waited weeks for the parts to come in and I had to call to see if they ere in. The repair guy comes out and says the first guy did not find what was wrong I actually need an evaporator coil plus condenser plus heat pan. This alone is almost $3000 in repair estimate. So I wait weeks with no call then when I call back to see if they have the other part they say they cannot find it. I offered to look for it. In minutes I found the part and then they scheduled to come out and fix it. The guys come in and start to get the fridge out and stop and goes out to his vehicle and comes back with a waiver that looks like it was under his seat. They want me to sign off on if they damage my floor or anything while pulling out fridge and doing the repair. Of course I said no. This feels like a place trying to take advantage of a consumer and not taking the care to do things right.
