Edit: 6/23/24 I asked an employee over in the produce how much the Mandarin oranges were. One price tag said $4.99 and another price tag said $3.99. He told me they were priced at $4.99 and I said well there are ones over there marked $3.99 and he just tells me someone made the wrong sign. Didn't bother to go over and correct it.
I usually go to Meijer but sometimes you can find some really good deals and I generally stick with just buying them at each store. The aisles seem too small for the volume of people they get, but oh well.

I USED to know where everything is ?? Just when you learn the store, you shop at; they go and change everything... from the frozen food aisle, to the Chip isle, to the canned goods., you name it, they flip the script and it stinks!
STOP CHANGING THE SET UP!!!

The staff is very friendly at this kroger. Store is clean. Carts are usually available. New layout is okay, still getting used to it.

Would leave zero stars if I could, this is second complaint with Krogers! Falls on deaf ears! Shop every week here and spend 250 to 300 ! Guess my business doesn't matter, I was in there around 630 on Friday May 10, 2024 to shop! They had my groceries bagged, that normally does not happen! Unfortunately they forgot to give me my 2 mother's day cards. After getting home, I called 3 times and got no answer, then finally a girl named Kimberly answered, I asked for her to go check to see if my greeting cards were left at the register Unfortunately she did not want to check and she said to come back in get 2 new ones bit it's not like grabbing another bottle of dish soap as the cards took me awhile to chose the ones I wanted! She didn't even ask my name and simply hung up with no apologies! I went back today and stepped right up to the manager wanting to explain how rude their customer rep was and this is around 2:00 pm May 11, 2024 and instead of listening he said customer service will take care of you really, he could not give me 5 minutes of his precious time when he was simply outside talking! Luckily the young lady Rachel was very nice and paid attention to me, she hung onto every word! Then nicely she said she would refund my money but I did not even want that to begin with ! I work in customer service everyday and never would I treat a customer that way ! Maybe I am chump change to Krogers but I have been loyal since I was 10 yrs old, starting with Krogers on Smithville Rd. I am 55 now and this is not how I expected it to be treated on Mother's day weekend ! Sad day, Krogers has really lost caring for their loyal customers and time will tell if I go back to that location or step into another Krogers at this point!

Very disappointed much of the Hispanic section has been downsized. The seasonings and dried peppers were the only ones accessible near me, and they are such an important ingredient in Mexican dishes. Very very disappointing in the lack of diversity. Staff are always super friendly here though.

The employees here are all insanely rude especially the balding guy with glasses..Ken? I think is his name. We live within walking distance and prefer driving to Sugarcreek Kroger.

Claudia in the pharmacy needs to brush up on her customer service skills. Not very friendly.
She needs to take notes from Kelly.
Kelly is wonderful, kind and helpful even under all the stress. I understand how overwhelmed the pharmacies are, but you have to conduct yourself in a professional manner, even when YOU are annoyed with us the patient. I will be requesting to have Kelly serve me at the pharmacy from now on.

Every single time I go to this location the prices ring up incorrectly. I swear they just hope people dont notice and pocket the difference.
I have had to take pictures of sale tags to show the checkout clerks because the prices constantly are more expensive when I checkout. I'm always given some kind of excuse.
"That sales expired." If it expired a week ago why are the sale tags still on??

I bought strawberries today from a pick-up order, but what I received was rotten strawberries. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. It's amusing that they claim to be 'fresh for everyone.' I called the store to ask for a refund. They asked me to come in with the strawberries to get my money back. I explained that I can't come as the store is 15 minutes away from me, which means 30 minutes round trip just to return bad strawberries. I suggested they find another way to process the refund. The woman on the phone was extremely rude, interrupting me and insisting there was no other way. However, this has happened to me before, and they refunded me without needing to go to Kroger. Next time, I'll buy my fruits and vegetables from a grocery store that truly sells 'fresh for everyone.'
