Here now for the "Labor Day sale"
The sales guy said he doesn't know what's on sale because he "doesn't have the print out". Lol. He isn't very helpful and acting clueless. All we need is a basic black suit for a wedding.
Hes showing us suits upwards of 500.00 for both pieces together,
and the ones that were on sale had to be ordered. HARD PASS!
Also DON'T BOTHER EMAILING LIKE THEY TELL YOU DO TO IN THEIR RESPONSE BECAUSE THEY STILL DON'T RESPOND!

We went in last week to pick up our suits for my upcoming wedding. They did a wonderful job of taking care of us. They made sure everything fit perfectly and took time with each of us to make sure we were comfortable in our suits. I’d recommend going here for your suit needs!

Friendly service and very helpful! I would have given 5 stars, but due to late notice and a unique color and style needed they were not able to supply me with a suit. They did help with trying to figure out where I might be able to purchase the suit needed. They made several suggestions to small bussinesses and even direct competitors.

We had an appointment which was confirmed through text and email a week before the appointment. We came in for our appointment date and time and went into the store, stood at the front desk for about 15 minutes while making eye contact with more than one sales guy who just continued to walk by us. Mind you we had our 79 y/o grandpa with us. If it wasn’t for him walking up to someone and finally getting acknowledged we probably would still be standing. We were then told that online appointments were not “important” and that it didn’t matter. A very older, and invasive man attempted to try and help us but kept interrupting us and not listening to a word we were saying. I am keeping this very short, to a really stressful situation. Needless to say, this was one of the worst customer services experiences I have ever experienced. WOW. Just please read the reviews and keep in mind that there is a reason why customers provide reviews and I wish I would’ve listened before ever stepping foot into this place.

Went there to get a tux for my son. We were greeted and waited on immediately. I think the salesman was Will. Very sharp dresser with a charming personality. He was so kind to my son. He knew exactly what he was doing and we ended up with a beautiful tuxedo. Great experience.

Ian was awesome! Helped me find a suit for my wedding and set everything up so all my groomsmen could come in and get everything they needed as well. Even though we were there at a super busy time, he helped with absolutely everything we needed and it was a super easy process.

In short: go literally anywhere else if you have an important event requiring suit/tux rentals or purchasing.In long: I have never had a worse experience at any store, and the worst part is that I was obligated to come back to multiple times.At every step I felt like I knew more of what was going on that the employees. The man we were working with did not know what a group number was, pretty strange for a business that does suit rentals for weddings, and told me they didn’t have the option to do that. Several hours later we found it. When picking up suits we called several times to make sure that we could pick up all the groomsmen’s suits, they told me I could several times however when we went to pick them up the day before the wedding they were not going to release them because not everyone had tried them on at that location. Fine but that completely contradicts what I had confirmed several times. Additionally, they spent an hour looking for my husbands wedding suit because one of the employees just put it on the counter and it had apparently been sitting there on a random counter for 3 days not hung up or looked after.We also planned to do the receive $250 in credit since we had a party, we still have not received. When picking up they told us to drop off at least within 2 days of event. Our event was on Saturday and when we got there today they lectured us about us being late and another wedding being late, because they were due yesterday. The old man (you know which one) was so rude to my mother in law the whole time, I was dumb founded.So many other things have happened but these are the big ones. I did not want to complain until today. I have never felt so disgusted by a company and how they run their business. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSW FOR ANYTHING YOU NEED.
