ZERO STARS ? JEAN WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , DISRESPECTFUL , DOES NOT SPEAK TO YOU BUT AT YOU. TREATED ME LIKE A CHILD. LACK OF COMMUNICATION. I USED TO USE HNR BLOCK REGULARLY AND NOW IT HAS WENT DOWN HILL MAJORLY . WHEN I CHANGED MY MIND TO FURTHER MY BUSINESS HERE SHE WHISPERES UNDER HER BREATH THANK YOU GOD. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYWHERE BUT HERE. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF DOING YOUR TAXES YOURSELF HONESTLY. I really didn't want to leave this review but NOONE deserves to be treated this way . I'm hoping to save someone else any future stress.

Jessica Johnson & Michelle Falk were absolutely through all of our filing needs. They made the filing process so smooth and easy. I think they added a couple years to my fiancé’s life.

The service we got from H&R Block was great! The tax preparer we had was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Our tax situation was more complicated in 2023 due to the capital gains received on the sale of my mom's home so I wanted a professional tax preparer to complete. All around a great experience.

I have the most wonderful experience every time I come to h&r block especially with the manager Jennifer albers... She is amazing and has helped me so much through any issues that I had.... She was very sweet, concerning, and caring and did not stop until my help was finished... I will return every year just because of her she is an amazing manager....
