Sincere interest in my concerns and what I thought my car might need. I asked for possible maintenance my car might need and was given alternatives. Jake accepted my decision on what maintenance to complete at that time.. All was finished in a very reasonable amount of time and the charge was also very reasonable.

Good staff, efficient, polite. Explains what work they will do. I am very pleased with the work they did this past Friday on short notice. They explained to me some work on my car that needs to be done after I mentioned a noise I was hearing. I had purchased some tires from them about a year or so which are showing some defects
in which they stated it would taken care of. Thanks Grismer.

Grismer is a trustworthy , efficient, reliable business. I purchased tires from them, which went on sale two weeks later. They sent me a check, unrequested, for the difference. That was money they could have kept, but their honest practices are proven by the action. When I bought another set some years later, their prices were fair, and they stood by their warranty when they removed a nail from my tire and plugged the hole at zero cost. I wouldn’t go to any other business for tires or professionalism.

Had an issue with my car and dropped it off late in the afternoon. The shop was very busy, so I expected to have to wait a couple days, but the team at Grismer got my car in the next morning, found what was wrong, replaced the failed component and I had my car back that afternoon. Very good turn around, very pleasant staff.
