How to say for a haircut and it was mattered so the lady took real good care of me she told me that she has to cut it short and I told her go ahead she got a real good job on me I would recommend her to anybody

Went to this location because short wait with my son who has speech apaxia. He's always a little nervous about haircuts & we were kicked out after 2 min of trying in the chair. No other Great Clips location (2 others) has done that, they've been patient & great & we've actually been able to get him to sit and get it done. So after reading other comments I can see what people mean by what they say about the staff.

I went in for a cut on 2/19/24 right at open. Kristi was my stylist and she did a phenomenal job. I'm always nervous about getting my hair cut because of some absolutely horrid experiences in the past. I showed her a couple pictures of what I was going for and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. She was extremely detailed and made sure to check in with me every step of the way. I also got a pomade recommendation from her at checkout and it's the first one I've been able to find that doesn't make my hair crusty and gross. I'll definitely be going back to her in the future. On top of that, ALL of the stylists in that morning were amazing. I didn't catch their names, one was a younger woman with green hair and the other was a middle aged woman with pink hair and some freaky colored glasses. Both were amazing with their clients, especially the middle aged woman. She did two elementary aged brothers while I got my hair done and was so patient with both of them. They looked like little rockstars when they left.

The quality was terrible I went in 20 minutes before closing and asked them to do a 1 on the side but instead they decided to rush and cut off the hair on the top of my head in the back and now I look like a tropical pine apple so thanks to the girl with blue hair.

I need to go to another store and get my haircut again, way to long in spots, never had this problem before. The top is long and doesn't look good.

I went to the Fairborn location on 12-20-23 and got a terrible haircut. Not a big deal, it happens. I work in Kettering so I figured I would stop in it the Woodman location after I got off of work on 12-21-23. I wish I could remember the young lady's name that helped me but she was great. It didn't show up in the computer that I went to the Fairborn location the previous day and I didn't have a receipt. She was totally understanding. She made me feel comfortable even though I felt like I looked dumb. She did here best to fix the haircut and sent me on my way. I really wish I could remember her name because she is the type of person Great Clips should employ at all locations.
